DESIGN FOR AN APPAREL-BELT.

To (LZZ whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, OTTO A. LEHMAN, acitizen of the United States, and a resident of H0- boken, in the county of Hudson and State of New Jersey, have invented a new and original Design foran Apparel-Belt, of which the following is a specification, reference beinghad to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which the figure represents a face View of the apparel-belt embodying my design.

As shown in the drawing, the leading or material feature of my design consists in an apparel-belt having a general curved form from end to end, the lower edge presenting an irregular outline comprising a central blunt point 1, having concave edges 2 and 3 leading therefrom and convex edges 4 and 5 leading from the concave edges to the ends of the belt, and the upper edge presenting an irregular outline comprising a central sharp point 6 opposite the blunt point 1, said sharp point having concave edges developed into convex edges 7and 8 opposite the concave edges 2 and 3, and concave edges Sand 10 opposite the convex edges 4: and 5, the face of the belt being ornamented by two figures formed by ribs raised from the surface of the belt, each figure comprising upper and lower ribs 11 and 12, following the con- OTTO A.
