DESIGN FOR A BRICK-REST.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,106, dated February 19, 1901.

Application filed January 28, 1901. eerial No. 45,148. Term of patent 14 years.

T0 all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, J AFEW S. VAN BUREN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Albany, in the county of Albany and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Brick-Rest; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

In the accompanying drawings, Figure 1 represents a perspective view of my design. Fig. 2 represents a similar view of one end of the same broken on line 2 2, Fig. 1.

My design consists in the novel shape and configuration of a brick-rest, shown in the accompanying drawings, having a vertical back wall A, forwardly-extending side walls B B, and bottom wall 0. The back Wall is provided along the whole of its upper edge with a rearwardly-extending horizontal flange A, which joins similar flanges B B, extending laterally from the upper edges of the side Walls B B. The front edges of the side walls B B are also provided with lateral flanges B 13 extending up to and joining the flanges B B. The bottom Wall 0 is provided with an upwardly-extending projection O, and the side walls B B are each provided with an inwardlyeXtending projection B The essential and characteristic features of my design are the projection C and the projections B B What I claim, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is.

The design for a brick-rest'herein shown and described.
