SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 32,799, dated June 5, 1900.

Application filed January 29, 1900. Serial No.!3,240. Term of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, HARRY C. CLAY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Columbus, in the county of Bartholomew and State of Indiana, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Traction Wheels, of which the following is a specification.

The accompanying drawing illustrates my invention.

In the drawing, 1 indicates the rim, upon which are mounted two series of cleats 2 and 3. Each one of the cleats 2 extends from one edge of the face of the rim toward and beyond the medial line thereof at an angle to the axis of the wheel. Each of the cleats of the series 3 extends from the opposite edge of the face HARRY O. CLAY.
