DESIGN FOR A DIE-PLATE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,049, dated January 24, 1899.

Application filed December 28, 1898. Serial No. 700,567. Tenn of patent 14 years.

Be it known that I, ROBERT A. STEWART, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Die- Plates, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 is an end view of a dieplate showing my design. Fig. 2 is a side View of the same.

As shown in the accompanying drawings, there is a. body portion A, from which rise end pieces I as shown in Fig. 1, and depending from said bodyare flanges C, as illustrated in Fig. 2.

The side pieces I; have peculiarly-shaped apertures D,whieh terminate at top in straight parallel grooves (Z and at bottom in curved 2o converging grooves d, leaving a partiallyeircnlar portion E between them, having near its bottom a round hole e.

\Vhat I claim as new is- The design for a die-plate as herein shown and described.
