DESIGN FOR A DOME FOR STREET-LAMPS.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 27,605, dated August 31, 1897'.

Application filed July 23, 1897. Serial No. 645,738. Term 0. patent 14 years.

The design resides in the shape of the dome, which consists of a dome-shaped body A open at the top at 13, with an annular upturned flange C extending about the opening, and having adjacent to the base a substantially upright annular portion 1), connected with the dome-shaped body A by an annular shoul I der or ledge E.

It will thus be observed that the dome is composed of a lower cylindrical portion D and an upper dome-shaped portion A of smaller diameter at the base than the cylindrical portion D, with which it is connected by the annular ledge E, which forms a shoulder or ofl'set extending about the dome.

Having now described my invention, what 1 claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is as follows:

The design for a dome for streets-lamps substantially as herein shown and described.
