DESIGN FOR A TRADE-MARK.

TO ALL WHO IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that I, HENRY TE'rLoW, of Philadelphia, county of Philadelphia, State of Pennsylvania, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Trade-Mark; and I do hereby declare that the accom panying drawing1 and the following explanation thereof, form a full, clear, and exact description of the said design.

The ligure in the accompanying drawing represents a trade-mark.

Within a band or circle, a, are Persian letters er characters, substantially as represented in the drawing, one of the said characters being between two crescent-shaped figures. The banda is surrounded by an annnlnr space, b, within which are the words Magic Pearl of Aleppo" and Haroun, the latter being between two crcsccnls.

I claim the design for a trade-mark, substantially as represented in and by the accompanying drawing.
