DAVID FRANK, OF BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, ASSIGNOR OF ONE-HALF TO JOHN TROUNSTINE, OF NEW YORK, N. Y.
DESIGN FOR AN END FRAME FOR METAL BEDSTEADS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,595, dated February 2, 1897. Application filed December 22, 1896. Serial No. 616,663. Term of patent 7 years.
To CLZZ whont it may concern.-
Be it known that I, DAVID FRANK, a citizen of the United States, residing at the city of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for the End Frame of a Metal Bedstead, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, and which illustrates in' front elevation the end frame of a metal bedstead embodying my design.
The leading feature of my design consists in the ornamental outlines described by the metal rods which compose the main body of the frame intermediate the outer vertical 1 posts and upper and lower horizontal rails, l substantially as shown. in the accompanying drawing.
In the drawing, A A designate the outer Vertical posts. B denotes the upper plain horizontal rail; 0 the lower rail; and D D indicate the upper and lower horizontal rails, between which are the vertical rods E E E, passing substantially centrally through the ornamental metal rod configurations F F F, which join one another in series at the ornamental boxes G and meet the rails D D at the ornamental boxes H. At a central point intermediate the rail B and the upper rail D is the ornamental figure I.
What I claim is The design for the end frame of a metal bedstead, substantially as shown and described.
