DESIGN FOR A PEN-RACK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 26,103, dated September 29, 1896.
Application filed August 10, 1896. Serial No. 602,362. Term of patent 7 years.
To aZZ whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, AEcHIE M. AUGUSTINE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Normal, in the county of McLean and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Pen-Racks and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
The present invention has for its object to provide a new and useful design for penracks; and it consists in the design substantially as shown in the drawing and hereinafter described.
In the accompanying drawing, which represents a perspective View of a pen-rack embodying my design, A designates the inclined front portion, which forms a smooth flat tablet, its lower portion being concave, as shown at B. The inclined front portion A joins the side supports 0, which supports are tapering or inclined from the upper edges thereof to conform to the inclination of the inclined portion A. These tapering supports 0 extend out some distance beyond the rear of the inclined front portion A and have scalloped edges D, which are disposed on an incline, as shown, thus forming a continuous tapering support.

The design for a pen-rack substantially as herein shown and described.
