ELEAZER KEMPSIIALL, OF NEXVTON, MASSACHUSETTS, ASSIGNOR TO THEOPIIILUS KING, TRUSTEE, OF BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS.
DESIGN FOR A LAClNG-HOOK.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 25,939, dated August 18, 1896.
Application filed July 20, 1896. Serial No. 599,979. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ELEAZER KEMPSHALL, of Newton, in the county of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Laeing-Hook Blanks, of which the following is a specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for lacing-hook blanks; and it consists in the novel features of shape and configuration hereinafter fully described and particularly claimed, and clearly illustrated in the drawing.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part of this application, in which like characters indicate like parts wherever they occur.
The drawing represents avertical sectional View of a lacing-hook blank, showing my design.
The essential feature of my design consists in an attaching member terminatingin ariug, a neck extending from said ring and carryin g a head overhanging and substantially parallel with said ring, said head being formed with a central elevation surrounded by an annular depression, said head terminating in an annular upwardly-extending outwardlyinclined flange.
