Be it known thatl, JAMES ROCHE, of 'lerryville, in the county of Litchiield and State of Connecticut, have invented a new Design for a Padlock; and I do hereby declare the following, when taken in connection with the aeeompanying drawing, and the letters of reference marked thereon, to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, and which said drawing constitutes part of this specification, and represents a perspective view of my newly-design ed padlock.

This invention relates to a design fora padlock and the design consists in the eoniigura tion shown in the accompanying illustration, and herein described.

My newly-designed padloek has a body or shell A, which is triangular in general form, although its upper corners are cut off, as at A A. The point of the triangle forms the lower end of the body, while the hasp or bail 15 is applied to the straight side of the triangle which forms the upper edge of the body.

I claim The design for a padloek as shown in the accompanying illustration and as described herein.
