PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A HANDLE Vytant P. Aleks, Rockford, Ill., assignor to National Lock Company, Rockford, Ill., a corporation of Delaware To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Vytant P. Aleks, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rockford, in the county of Winnebago and State of Illinois, have invented a new', original, and ornamental Design for a Handle, of which the following is a specilication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a handle, substantially as shown.
