PATENT OFFICE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Andrew L. Henkel, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago,

Cook County, Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hand Drill, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a hand drill showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top view thereof, on a reduced scale; and

Fig. 3 is a side view thereof on the scale of Fig. 2.

The ornamental design for a hand drill, substantially as shown.
