Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D57-1) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Benjamin D. Ritholz, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of I1- linois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Binocular Telescopes, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a view in front end elevation of a binocular telescope, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a rear end elevation of the binocular telescope shown in Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is a plan view of the binocular telescope shown in Figs. 1 and 2, and,

Fig. 4 is a view in side elevation of the instant binocular telescope.

I claim: The ornamental design for a binocular telescope, as shown.
