UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TELESCOPE OR THE LIKE Edward F. Flint, Rochester, N. Y., assignor to Bausch & Lomb Optical Company, Rochester, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Edward F. Flint, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Rochester, county of Monroe, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Telescope or the Like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a telescope or the like, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view thereof.

Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a telescope or the like, substantially as shown.
