To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HERBERT G. The leading feature of said design consists of a miniature representation of the toy, commonly known as a cup and ball, consisting of a cup mounted on a stafl' or handle with a ball loosely attached to the staif by a cord or chain, to be thrown in the air within theliinits of the attachment and caught upon said cop, the whole adapted to be secured to a bracelet, watch-chain, or other article of jewelry to which its attachment may be appropriate.
In the accompanyingdrawings, 0 represents the cup, S the stafl', and B the ball. a is the cord or chain, attached to the staff S at one end and at the other to the ball B.
My design may be varied by varying the 25 proportions, either relatively or absolutely, of the different parts, and also by changing the style of ornamentation on the same, and yet remain practically the same design.
What I claim, and desire to secure by Letgo ters Patent, is
1. The design for an ornament or charm for bracelets, watch-ohains, or other articles of jewelry to which it may be appropriate, herein shown, and consisting of a miniature rep 5 resentation of a cup and ball, as herein described.
