To all whom it may concern ne it known than, J. II. HoBBs, 0f Wheenngin thecounty of Ohio, andState of West Virginia, have invented a new and useful Improved vPitcherf and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear,

My improvement consists in forming a part of thev top or cover from the material from which the body of-the pitcher is made, and'alsofin `a more convenient l uiode of attaching the hinged cover, a d also iu constructing the body of the pitcherwith ugs or projections, to which the metallic sockets of a handle of metal or other suitable material lmay be attached;

In order that handles may be attached of a different material from that used in constructing the body A of the pitcher, the latter is moulded with two projections, C and G', as shown, having ndentations c c, as shownon opposite sides thereof. l

The handle may be made entirely of metal, or it may l jections C C', to receive the sockets of the handle, a
