lleit known that I, (itannmrn U. 51 nnnr, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Perth Amboy, Middlesex county, State of New Jersey, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Implements for Stripping Insulation from 'Wire, of which the following is a specification.

The object of my in vention is to provide an implement or tool which. will be adapted to cut or sever thein sulation upon virc in'a circulardirection and to strip the severed insula'tion from, the wire by pulling the wire through the implement.
