IMPROVEMENT IN LAMPS.

Speci cation forming part of Letters Patent No. 52,71] dated February 20, 1866.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ALEXANDER HARROUN, Jr., ofthe town ot' Onondaga, in the county ot' Onondaga and State of New York, have invented certain new and usetul Improvements in Lamps; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full' and exact description thereof', reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters ofv reference marked thereon, which form a part ot' this specification.

'The same letters represent corresponding parts in the different igures.

Figure 1 represents a side view ot' alamp with the improvements on, ready for use. Fig. Z represents the regulator of the blazea side and open view. Fig. 3 represents the cap used to confine and bring the air in contact with the blaze.
