IMPROVEMENT lN PLOWS.
Spccilieation forming partoI` Letters Patent No. 25,4641, dated September lil, 1859.
To all 'whom 'it may concern:
Be it known that I, WM. B. WILLIAMS, ot' Warrenton, in the county of Warren and State of North Carolina, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Flows; and I 'do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description ot' the same, reference being had to the annexed drawings, forming part of this specification, in the several igures of which similar charaeters of reference denote the same part. y
Figure l is a side view ot' Iny improvement. Fig. Z is a horizontal section on line 00 m. Fig. 3 is a sectional view, showing the attachment ofthe front piece and the wings to the standard.
The nature of the invention consists in having a piece set in the front of the standard and held in position by two oblique wings att-ached on either side of the standard for the purpose of preventing wear on the standard.
In the drawings, B is the beam; S, the standard; P, the plate or piece set in the front of standard S; W',the wings on each side; C, the share; b, a brace from beam to landside.
