Abstract
The invention relates to a kind of rotating doll's eyeball, comprising of stand, eyeball, eyeball cover, eyeball driving device, cover and sound emitting device. The magnetic force of the magnetic component of the driving device swing magnetically attracts the magnetic component on the eyeball, resulting in the irregular rotation of the eyeball, accompanied by terrifying sound from the sound device, creating a more lifelike doll eyeball.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The invention is a rotating doll eyeball. The magnetic component of the swing body of the eyeball's driving device and the magnetic component on the eyeball attract each other. When the swing body swings, the eyeball rotate in an irregular way, making doll eyeball more lifelike.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Previous eyeball driving devices allowed the making of eyeballs that rotated up and down and were fitted inside the doll and eyes for dolls that rotated downwards and closed when the doll was laid down and which rotated upwards and opened when the doll was stood up. The eyeball driving device made the dolls seem more lifelike. However, because the eyeball could only move up and down, it was substantially different to the real human eye which can move in any direction. Children want their toys to be as lifelike as possible, so this resulted in the problem of children becoming easily bored with the toys.
- The main objective of the invention is to provide rotating doll eyeballs that are more lifelike in movement and expression.
- This invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded view according to embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is a constitutional view according to embodiment of the present invention; -
FIG. 3 is another constitutional view of the preferred rotating doll's eyeball in the present invention; -
FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view of rotating doll eyeball in the present invention; -
FIG. 5 is a partial perspective view of rotating doll eyeball in the present invention; and -
FIG. 6 is a perspective view of use schematic according to embodiment of rotating doll eyeball in the present invention. - A preferred embodiment of a rotating doll eyeball in the present invention, as shown in
FIGS. 1 to 6 , includes fixed support stand 1, twoeyeball 2, an eyeball cover 3, an eyeball driving device 4, acover 5 and a sound device 6. - The fixed support stand 1 has two
U-shaped holding slots 10, around which are joiningholes 11. The back of fixed support stand 1 has apositioning stand 12. - Eyeball 2 is placed in the
holding slot 10 of fixed support stand 1. Eyeball 2 haspupil 20 on it, within theeyeball 2 ismagnetic component 21 and on the bottom is agravity body 22. - Eyeball cover 3 covers
eyeball 2 and fixed supportstand joining hole 11, and comprises ofcover frame 30 andpositioning frame 31. Oncover frame 30 there is athru hole 300 andhole 301. On positioningframe 31 there is aneyeball positioning hole 301 and protrudingcolumn 11. - Eyeball driving device 4 is fitted to the
positioning stand 12 on the fixed support stand 1 and includes power control eccentric wheel 40 andeyeball drive mechanism 41. On the power control large and small eccentric wheels 40 there are eccentricwheel protruding columns drive switch 402.Drive switch 402 can be push operated or sound or light controlled.Eyeball drive mechanism 41 is cross shaped. On the central arm of the eyeball drive mechanism there is a rotatinghole 410 and slidingslot 411. On theprotruding columns magnetic components - Sound device 6 is fitted at the front of the
drive switch 402. When thedrive switch 402 is switched on, sound device 6 is activated at the same time. - When assembling,
eyeball 2 is first placed into the holding slot 1 of the fixed support stand, causing themagnetic component 21 ofeyeball 2 to face downwards and the pupil to face upwards. Then, thecover frame 30 and positioningframe 31 of the eyeball cover are fitted and positioningframe 31's protruding column 311 is fastened with screw (N). Eyeball driving device 4 is positioned on thepositioning stand 12 of fixed support stand 1. The rotatinghole 410 and slidingslot 411 on theeyeball drive mechanism 41 of the eyeball driving device are attached toeccentric protruding columns magnetic components magnetic component 21 oneyeball 2 attract each other, thencover 5 is placed over eyeball driving device 4 and joined to fixed support stand 1. Finally, it is placed inside the eye part of the doll. Then, thedrive switch 402 of the power control large and small eccentric wheels 40 and the sound device are placed in a suitable place in doll (A) and assembly is complete. - When used, activating the
drive switch 402 on eccentric wheel 40 theeccentric protruding columns holes 410 and slidingslot 411 of theeyeball driving mechanism 41. This moves themagnetic components Magnetic components magnetic component 21 oneyeball 2 and, as a result, pupil 20 in the center ofeyeball 2 moves in different directions, accompanied by sounds from sound device 6. When thedrive switch 402 is closed, eyeball 2 will be affected bygravity body 22 and the irregularly-moving eyeball will return to its normal position, making the rotations ofeyeball 2 more terrifying and increasing product competitiveness. - The above explanation shows that this invention has the following advantages:
- 1. Eyeball 2 is attracted by the magnetism of the driving device 4, avoiding mechanism interference when operating.
- 2. The movement of
eyeball 2 is controlled by thedrive switch 402 on eyeball driving device 4, making use more convenient and suitable for children of various ages. - 3. Eyeball 2 is linked to sound device 6 allowing more terrifying visual and sound effects to be created.
- While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
