Referring to the drawing, which illustrates practical and preferred embodimbents ofthe invention, and referring more particularly to Figs. 1 to 6 inclusive, indicated at. 10 is a fluid current operated turbine housing in which is provideda fiuidginlet 11 which is externally threaded, as at 15, to receive the connecting ring 12 of a hose 13 which may be attached to a suitable source of fluid under pressure, such as, for example, a water faucet.
Rotatably mounted in the main chamber of the housinglO is a rotor 16 which includes a trunnion 17 that is providedin a portion 18 of a housing 21. The portion 18 of the housing 21. is externally threaded, as at 19, into the internal threads 20 of the housing 10., To limit the penetration of the portion. 18 into the housing 10- an. external flange 23 is provided .in the portion 18, and this flange 23 fits over the end 14: of the housing 10. A passage 24 is provided through the inlet 11 and this passage opens into the housing: 10 in such a manner that a fluid entering the housing 10 is directed against the'outer ends 25 of' the turbine rotor 16.
,The central passage 26 communicates *externally threaded to an internally threadwhich receives" an external threaded portion with a bore 30 in the trunnion 17, and this bore 30 is adapted to communicate with a passage 31 in the housing 21. The passage 31 communicates with an outlet passage 32 which is provided in a boss 34 on the housing 21. The outlet passage 32 is internally threaded, as at 35, to receive a suitable conduit" (not shown) The housing 21 includes a portion 36 in which is provided a threaded bore 37. which receives an eXternallythreaded portion 38 of a valve 39 40 providing a finger grip. The' inner end of the bore 37 isdefinedby an internal shoulder 41 through which isadapted' to f penetrate the stem 42 of the valve 39. The

This brush structure of Fig. 9 may be used, for example, as a bottle or container washer, the bristles 64 being adapted to be disposed within and engage the inside of the wall of thev container. while the bristles 63 maybe used to clean the bottom of the container or bottle.
While I have illustrated and described the preferred form of construction for carrying my invention into effect, this is capable of variation and modification without departing from the spirit of the invention. I, therefore, do not wish to be limited to the precise details of construction set forth, but desire to avail myself of such variations and modifications as come within the scope of the appended claims. 7
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new and desire to protect by Letters Patent is: a
1. A device of the character described, comprising a fluid pressure operated turbine including a rotor provided with a fluid outlet, a tubular fluid-conducting member attached to said rotor, said tubular member having a fluid inlet communicating with said outlet, and said tubular member being provided with a fluid outlet, a cap member for detachable connection to said tubular member at the last-named outlet, said cap member being provided with apertures for communication with the tubular member, and cleaning elements swingingly mounted on said cap member.
2. A device of the character described, comprising a fluid pressure operated turbine including a rotor provided with a fluid outlet, a tubular fluid-conducting member attached to said rotor, said tubular member having a fluid inlet communicating with said outlet, and said tubular member being provided with a fluid outlet, a cap member for detachable connection ,to said tubular member at the last-named outlet, said cap member being provided with apertures for communication with the tubular member, cleaning elements swingingly mounted on said cap member, and means for directing the rotor operating fluid from the rotor selectively to either the first or second-named outlet.

A device of the character described, comprising a fluid pressure operated turbine including a rotor provided with a fluid outlet, a tubular fluid-conducting member attached to said rotor, said tubular member having a fluid inlet communicating with said outlet, and said tubular member being provided with a fluid outlet, a cap member attached to said tubular member at the lastnamed outlet, said cap member being provided with apertures for communication with the tubular member, and cleaning elements swingingly mounted on said cap member. 7
