I The-arm 42 has an angular extension 46 roviding a jaw which cooperates with the jaw 47 to form a clamp on the lower end of the conically shaped container. The ends of the jaws are flared as shown at 48, to facilitate the insertion of the lower end of the container. The jaw 47 extends upwardly, as shown at 49, and in parallel relation with the arm 42 and secured to the arm at a point adjacent the lower eye 43.

In this construction the cone is inserted within the loop 40 until that portion of the cone which conforms to the diameter of the loop is in contact with said loop. The lower end of the cone is then forced between thefree ends 48 and clamped between the jaws 46 and 47.

I claim A device of the character described comprising a circular loop, an inverted conesbaped receptacle received by' the loop and engaging said loop at points intermediate the opposite ends of the cone, a supporting member depending from the loop at apoint in the circumference and lying in close association with the outer wall of the cone, :1 pair of clamping arms projecting from the supporting member and adapted to clamp the lower end of the cone between the arms, and means connected with the supporting member for securing said supporting member to a fixed support.
