Secured to the rear portion of the base 10 isa heel receiving member 17 This member is provided with inwardly extending lugs 18 which are riveted or otherwise secured to the base as shown at 19. Secured to the opposite or toe end of the base is a toe receiving cap 20. This cap is provided with an apertured lug 21 through which extends a bolt 22 and this bolt also extends through an elongated slot 23 provided in the toe end of the base.
