fasteners 15 have openings 17.1egistering' with openings 18 -in the partitions and an opening 19 in the concrete 10. The outer side ofthe inner fastener 15 is provided with a transverse groove 20, and the outer side of the outer fastener 28 is provided with a socket 24 in communication with the opening of the fastener. Engaging in the groove of the inner fastener 15 is a -rectangular head of a tie rod or bolt 22, the threaded end of said bolt extending through the opening 1T and the socket 24 of the outer fas? tener. Screwed upon the threaded end of the bolt is a nut 25 that engages in the socket 24, also a lock nut 26 that.V engages the nut 25.

The inner and outer fasteners are so shapedthat. they are disposed at a slight angle to the partitions thereby providing a small space 27 between the upper ends of the fasteners and the upper ends of the partitions. lt is this small space that permits of the fasteners being drawn into closer proximity to the partitions, thereby increasing thc grip .or contact'l of the upper ends lt of the fasteners' upon the base flanges 12 of the rail.
