Abstract

Винахід належить до способу очищення природної біомаси з одержанням надзвичайно дрібних і сильно деструктурованих частинок, який використовує сильний зсув і/або кавітацію в поєднанні з високою температурою і великими або малими значеннями рН, що розчиняють біомасу з високим відсотком. Винахід надає високий відсоток гідролізу - у багатьох випадках біля теоретичних рівнів - за короткі періоди обробки з одночасною мінімізацією вхідних факторів по відношенню до інших способів, які використовують малі порції завантажуваних хімікатів, і не обов'язково без завантажень хімікатів на певних стадіях порівняно з існуючими способами. Спосіб за винаходом також використовує мінімальні кількості підведеної електроенергії і зберігає теплову енергію в процесі та послаблює вимоги до обладнання з одночасним одержанням концентрованих продуктів.
