Abstract
В заявке описан способ общего получения мочевины и меламина, который заключается в том, что мочевину получают на устройстве (12) для получения мочевины, который состоит из секции (15) высокого давления для синтеза мочевины и секции (16) выделение мочевины из водного раствора карбамата, а меламин получают на устройстве (11) для получения меламина, отходящие газы, образованные как побочные продукты при синтезе меламина, отбирают из устройства для получения меламина при давлении минимум2 бар, и возвращают в секцию (15) высокого давления для синтеза мочевины. Также описана установка для общего получения мочевины и меламина.
