Abstract
Способ получения метанола, уксусной кислоты и продукта из объединенного процесса. Синтез-газ получают путем объединения парового и автотермического риформинга природного газа (102), причем часть природного газа обходит паровой риформер и смешивается с исходным потоком из парового риформера для дальнейшей подачи в автотермический риформер (АТР) с рецикловым СО2. Часть синтеза-газа подают на устройство удаления СО2 для получения рециклового СО2 и к холодильнику для получения потоков водорода и СО. Синтез-газ, который остался, поток водорода и СО2 из связанного процесса подают в средство синтеза метанола, в котором изготовляется метанол и продувочный поток, который подают на устройство удаления СО2. Метанол вместе с СО подают в установку по изготовлению уксусной кислоты, а последнюю, в свою очередь, подают в установку для синтеза винилацетата. Кислород, как для АТР, так и для синтеза винилацетата, может поставляться из общей установки воздушной сепарации, а вспомогательные системы, такие как паровой генератор, могут способствовать объединению процесса.
