Abstract
MéTODO PARA MANUFATURA DO METANOL E O áCIDO ACéTICO Um processo integrado para produção de metanol, ácido acético e um produto de um processo associado é descrito. Syngas (120) é produzido pela combinação no reformador a vapor (109) e reformador auto-térmico (118) do gás natural (102) onde uma porção (112) do gás natural passa pelo reformador a vapor (109) e é combinado com o efluente do reformador a vapor para fornecer ao reformador auto-térmico (ATR) (118) com CO~ 2~ reciclado (110). Uma porção do syngas é alimentada para remoção do CO~ 2~ (122) para obter o CO~ 2~ reciclado e a caixa de resfriamento (130) para obter um fluxo de hidrogênio (131) e um fluxo de CO (135). O syngas restante, fluxo de hidrogênio (131) e CO~ 2~ de um processo associado são alimentados para a síntese de metanol (140), no qual produz metanol e um fluxo purificado (124) fornecido para a unidade de remoção de CO~ 2~ . O metanol e fornecido a unidade de acido acético (136) com o CO (135) para produzir ácido acético no qual em um ciclo é fornecido a unidade de síntese de VAM (148).
