Abstract

Пристрій для безперервної відливки тонкостінної чавунної труби містить футеровану місткість з нижнім випускним отвором, встановлений під ній кристалізатор з оболонкою охолодження і дорн з нагрівальним елементом. Кристалізатор містить циліндричну гільзу, верхня частина котрої виконана у вигляді виступу. З метою підвищення стабільності процесу лиття і покращення якості труби, що виливається, пристрій забезпечено кільцем з теплоізоляційного матеріалу, що встановлене навкруги виступу гільзи кристалізатора і контактує з футерівкою місткості.
