Abstract
Комбінована композиційна броньова панель містить шари з різнорідних матеріалів, а саме: зовнішній захисний шар, шар із гарячепресованого карбіду бору у вигляді багатошарових плиток, розміщених одна поряд з іншою та адгезійно закріплених між собою високоміцним полімерним клеєм, шар зі спіненого алюмінієвого сплаву евтектичного типу з закритими комірками розміром 1,5-2,0 мм та опорний шар, виготовлений зі склополімерного композиту. Зовнішній захисний шар виконано з просочених клейовою речовиною шарів склотканини, шар із гарячепресованого карбіду бору має зміцнену волоконну структуру пластин, між шаром із карбіду бору та шаром спіненого алюмінієвого сплаву додатково розміщено проміжний шар із просочених клейовою речовиною шарів склотканини, а між шаром спіненого алюмінієвого сплаву та опорним шаром додатковий шар із дисперсно-армованого композиційного матеріалу на основі алюмінієвого сплаву з частками карбіду бору.The combined composite armor panel contains layers of different materials, namely: an outer protective layer, a layer of hot-pressed boron carbide in the form of multilayer tiles placed side by side and adhesively fixed to each other with a high-strength polymer adhesive, a layer of foamed aluminum alloy of the eutectic type with closed cells 1.5-2.0 mm in size and a support layer made of glass-polymer composite. The outer protective layer is made of layers of glass cloth impregnated with an adhesive substance, the layer of hot-pressed boron carbide has a reinforced fiber structure of plates, an intermediate layer of glass cloth layers impregnated with an adhesive substance is additionally placed between the layer of boron carbide and the layer of foamed aluminum alloy, and between the layer of foamed aluminum alloy and the supporting layer is an additional layer of dispersed-reinforced composite material based on an aluminum alloy with boron carbide particles.
