(57) Изобретение относится к пищевой, фармацевтической, химической и сельскохозяйственной промышленности и может быть использовано для определения витамина А в различных пищевых продуктах, биологическом материале, в масляных концентратах, витаминных премиксах и т.д. Цель - повышение точности определения. Из отобранной пробы анализируемого материала извлекают витамин А экстракцией органическим растворителем, осуществляют взаимодействие витамина с комплексообразователем, в качестве которого используют эфират трифторида бора, с конечной концентрацией 16-20%.
