Abstract
도금액중 Cl 농도를 분석하기 위한 시료 전처리방법에 있어서, 종래의 AgNO3대신에 NaOH를 첨가하고 또 아르곤 가스를 주입하여 점적용액을 건조시킴으로서 시료처리 과정에서의 Cl 성분의 휘발을 효과적으로 방지할 뿐만 아니라 그로 인하여 도금액 중의 Cl 농도를 보다 정확히 분석할 수 있다.In the sample pretreatment method for analyzing the concentration of Cl in the plating solution, NaOH is added instead of the conventional AgNO 3 and argon gas is injected to dry the dropping solution, thereby effectively preventing the volatilization of the Cl component during the sample processing.
