Abstract
본 발명은 크롬염처리용액중에 함유되어 있는 3가크롬과 6가크롬을 동시에 분석하여 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면, 3가크롬 및 6가크롬 표준용액을 각각 제조한 다음 자외선 분광분석기를 사용하여 3가크롬 표준용액의 580nm 및 440nm에서의 흡광도 및 6가크롬 표준용액의 440nm에서 흡광도를 측정하여 580nm 및 440nm에서 3가크롬의 흡광도 대 농도의 검량곡선 및 580nm에서 6가크롬의 흡광도 대 농도의 검량곡선을 작성한 다음, 3가 크롬의 함량은 분석하고자 하는 시료용액의 580nm에서의 흡광도를 측정한 후, 이를 580nm에서 작성된 3가크롬흡광도 대농고 검량곡선에 대입하여 시료용액중 3가크롬의농도를 측정하고, 6가크롬의 함량은 440nm에서 시료용액의 흡광도 및 상기 측정된 3가크롬농도를 3가크롬 표준용액으로 440nm에서 작성된 흡광도 대 농도 검량곡선에 대입하여 440nm에서 3가크롬의 흡광도를 측정하고 상기 두 흡광도차(시료용액 중 6가크롬만의 흡광도)를 구한 다음, 이를 6가크롬 표준용액으로 440nm에서 작성된 흡광도 대 농도 검량곡선에대입하여 시료용액중 6가크롬의 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 3가크롬과 6가크롬의 동시정량분석법이 제공된다.The present invention relates to a method by simultaneously analyzing trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium contained in a chromium salt treatment solution.
