Abstract

Даний винахід належить до способу визначення вологовмісту щонайменше одного шару смоли, забезпеченого щонайменше на одній деревинній плиті як несучій плиті, де щонайменше між одним шаром смоли й несучою плитою передбачають NIR-відбивальний шар, що включає стадії: запис щонайменше одного NIR-спектра щонайменше одного шару смоли, забезпеченого щонайменше на одній несучій плиті, із застосуванням NIR-детектора в діапазоні довжин хвиль від 500 нм до 2500 нм, переважно від 700 нм до 2000 нм, особливо переважно від 900 нм до 1700 нм; визначення вологовмісту шару смоли шляхом порівняння NIR-спектра, записаного для шару смоли, що підлягає вимірюванню, щонайменше з одним NIR-спектром, записаним щонайменше для одного еталонного зразка з відомим вологовмістом за допомогою різноманітного аналізу даних (MDA), де щонайменше один NIR-спектр, записаний щонайменше для одного еталонного зразка з відомим вологовмістом, попередньо визначали із застосуванням того ж NIR-детектора в діапазоні довжин хвиль від 500 нм до 2500 нм, переважно від 700 нм до 2000 нм, особливо переважно від 900 нм до 1700 нм.
