Description
本創作係關於一種移動設備,特別係指一種防火升降移動設備。
火災係為目前常見的災害之一,而火災的發生往往令人措手不及,無法及時逃生。
進一步而言,火災發生時,常常伴隨著火焰的高溫及濃煙,高溫將對人體造成燒燙傷,濃煙將對人體造成嗆傷,但不論是高溫的火焰或是濃煙,當發生在建築物內部時,若一般使用者沒有任何的防護措施,將因為無法及時逃生而受傷,甚至於喪命。
因此,如何提供一種防火升降移動設備以便於使用者逃生,係為目前急需研究的課題。
鑑於上述問題,本創作提供一種防火升降移動設備,包括至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置、至少一防火材質支撐裝置、至少一驅動裝置、至少一不斷電系統以及至少一位置控制器。至少一驅動裝置驅動至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置,使至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置在至少一防火材質支撐裝置上移動,且設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內。至少一不斷電系統電性連接至少一驅動裝置,且設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內。至少一位置控制器連接至少一驅動裝置,以控制至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置的位置,且設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內。
承上所述,本創作防火升降移動設備包含各種用於保護使用者的功能,避免使用者遭受高溫火焰以及煙霧的傷害,更可及早在火災發生時提前偵測到周圍的環境變化,進一步啟動應變機制,以保護使用者快速逃離災害現場。

請參閱第1A圖及第1B圖,其係為本創作防火升降移動設備的立體圖及側視圖。防火升降移動設備1包括至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11、至少一防火材質支撐裝置12、至少一驅動裝置13、至少一不斷電系統14以及至少一位置控制器15。至少一驅動裝置13驅動至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11,使至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11在至少一防火材質支撐裝置12上移動,且設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11內。至少一不斷電系統14電性連接至少一驅動裝置13,且設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11內。至少一位置控制器15連接至少一驅動裝置13,以控制至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的位置,並設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11內。
防火材質支撐裝置12包括一防火材質支撐軌道及/或一防火材質懸吊纜繩,兩者可同時設置或者分別設置。防火材質支撐軌道及/或防火材質懸吊纜繩可設置於建築物內部及/或外部。防火材質支撐軌道包括一彎曲軌道、一伸縮軌道及/或一組合軌道。防火材質支撐軌道可設置於建築物的壁面上,或者以懸吊或支撐的方式設置。
承上所述,於本創作之一實施例中,防火材質殼體載具裝置11包括電梯承載箱,並可將電梯承載箱設置在建築物內部或外部,並根據使用者需求設置防火材質支撐軌道或防火材質懸吊纜繩,使得電梯承載箱可在防火材質支撐軌道上移動,或者藉由防火材質懸吊纜繩移動。進一步而言,由於電梯承載箱係為防火材質,因此,當發生火災時,使用者可進入到電梯承載箱內部以躲避高溫火焰及濃煙,並控制電梯承載箱迅速移動離開火災發生地點,作為快速緊急逃生的工具。再者,
電梯承載箱包括車箱以及機箱,車箱的空間用於容置使用者,機箱用於容置各種電力設備、控制電路及機構,以防止被火焰燒毀。機箱設置於車箱上方,可以一體成型的方式設置,或是分開設置。
位置控制器15包括設置於防火材質殼體載具裝置11內部的按鍵(如第1A圖所示),或者亦可設置為手持式控制器(如第1B圖所示),以便於使用者以無線控制的方式自外部呼叫、控制防火材質殼體載具裝置11移動至所需樓層的位置。
防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一控制器17,連接至少一驅動裝置13,控制器17用於控制至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的移動速度。進一步而言,一般的電梯並無額外設置可讓使用者控制速度的裝置,然而,當發生火災時,本創作藉由另外設置的控制器17,讓使用者可以主動控制至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的移動速度,以加速逃離災難現場。
承上所述,防火升降移動設備1包括至少一位置偵測器(未圖示),連接至少一驅動裝置13,設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11上或建築物上,用於偵測至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的高度位置。進一步而言,當防火材質殼體載具裝置11到達預定高度時,位置偵測器啟動,以控制至少一驅動裝置13,進一步控制至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的速度,其中預定高度包括人體可承受摔落而不受傷的高度。換句話說,藉由位置偵測器與上述控制器17的作用可控制防火材質殼體載具裝置11降落的速度,以便於使用者可快速地降落至接近地面的高度(預定高度)逃生而不受傷。
防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一監控裝置18,其係設置於防火材質殼體載具裝置11上及/或至少一樓層電梯口的外部,用於監控防火升降移動設備11內部及/或外部的狀況,以確保使用者搭乘的安全。監控裝置18可以遠端操控、有線或無線的方式設置。
防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一溫度感測器16、至少一煙霧感測器及/或至少一火焰感測器,設置於建築物內部及/或至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11外部,用於感測建築物內部的環境溫度及/或感測至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的外部環境溫度。至少一溫度感測器16、至少一煙霧感測器及/或至少一火焰感測器係電性連接或無電性連接至少一驅動裝置13,以根據建築物內部的環境溫度及/或至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的外部環境溫度驅動至少一驅動裝置13至建築物的至少一樓層位置。溫度感測器16、煙霧感測器以及火焰感測器三者可擇一設置或者設置至少兩者以上,用於感測建築物內部的環境及/或感測至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11的外部是否產生火焰、煙霧,並且在建築物某一樓層發生上述狀況時,例如煙霧、火焰或者高溫時,防火材質殼體載具裝置11自動移動至該樓層,以便於使用者可快速躲避至防火材質殼體載具裝置11內,因而可節省等待防火材質殼體載具裝置11移動至該樓層的時間。

溫度感測器16、至少一煙霧感測器及/或至少一火焰感測器偵測到防火材質殼體載具裝置11的外部溫度過高時,例如超過60℃的預設溫度時,或者建築物內部已經失火而產生火焰,表示火災的火焰很可能已經延燒到防火材質殼體載具裝置11的外部周遭附近的環境,或者延燒到防火材質殼體載具裝置11的表面,因此,降溫裝置19可自動開啟,以進一步降低溫度及/或撲滅火焰。降溫裝置19包括滅火器、灑水器或水箱等。
防火升降移動設備更包括至少一通風裝置20,設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11上。通風裝置20包括風扇及煙囪,其係用於阻擋、導引及/或吹散濃煙,避免濃煙流進防火材質殼體載具裝置11內部。
再者,除了降溫以避免被高溫的火焰燒傷之外,防火升降移動設備1亦可針對濃煙的傷害進行防護。例如,防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一供氣過濾裝置(未圖示),設置於至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置11上。供氣過濾裝置包括至少一防毒面具、至少一活性碳面具及/或至少一供氧面具。
防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一抑燃氣體裝置(未圖示),其係設置於防火材質殼體載具裝置11內及/或至少一樓層電梯口的外部,用於當溫度過高時自動開啟,以抑制火焰的燃燒。抑燃氣體裝置包括滅火器、二氧化碳鋼瓶等。
請參閱第2A圖至第2D圖,其係為本創作防火升降移動設備包括逃生口的示意圖。防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一逃生口(未圖示),逃生口可配合逃生座椅S、逃生梯L或者底板B設計。進一步而言,除了上述的降溫、抑燃氣體、通風等裝置之外,防火材質殼體載具裝置11可在底部、側面或
頂面等任意位置設置至少一逃生口,使得使用者在到達預定高度的位置之後,可從逃生口垂降逃生座椅S或者逃生梯L逃生,或者由防火材質殼體載具裝置11的底板B降下逃生。
請參閱第3A圖至第3D圖,其係為本創作防火升降移動設備包括飛行裝置的示意圖。防火升降移動設備1更包括至少一支撐架21以及至少一飛行裝置22,至少一支撐架21設置於防火材質殼體載具裝置11上或者設置於一建築物頂樓,飛行裝置22則利用支撐架21作為滑行、移動的軌道,以遠離建築物的方向飛出。進一步而言,支撐架21包括至少一傾斜軌道,使用者可將飛行裝置22配戴、握持或穿戴於身上,並套設、固定或活動連接於傾斜軌道上,當配戴、握持或穿戴飛行裝置22的使用者滑行移動至支撐架21末端時,自動觸發飛行裝置22脫離支撐架21後緩降。飛行裝置22包括滑翔翼或降落傘。以降落傘為例,降落傘係進一步在脫離支撐架21後藉由空氣浮力的作用自動開啟。此外,使用者亦可穿戴一種利用空氣浮力觸發之物體墜落減速系統(未圖示)直接由建築物或防火材質殼體載具裝置11跳出作為逃生工具。
綜上所述,本創作防火升降移動設備包含各種用於保護使用者的功能,避免使用者遭受高溫火焰以及煙霧的傷害,更可及早在火災發生時提前偵測到周圍的環境變化,進一步啟動應變機制,以保護使用者快速逃離災害現場。

- 一種防火升降移動設備,包括:至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置;至少一防火材質支撐裝置;至少一驅動裝置,驅動該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置,使該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置在該至少一防火材質支撐裝置上移動,且設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內;至少一不斷電系統,電性連接該至少一驅動裝置,且設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內;以及至少一位置控制器,連接該至少一驅動裝置,以控制該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置之一位置,且設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防火升降移動設備,其中該防火材質支撐裝置包括一防火材質支撐軌道及/或一防火材質懸吊纜繩。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之防火升降移動設備,其中該防火材質支撐軌道及/或該防火材質懸吊纜繩設置於一建築物內部及/或外部。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之防火升降移動設備,其中該防火材質支撐軌道包括一彎曲軌道、一伸縮軌道及/或一組合軌道。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防火升降移動設備,更包括至少一溫度感測器及/或至少一火焰感測器,設置於該建築物內部,感測該建築物內部的一環境溫度。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之防火升降移動設備,其中該至少一溫度感測器或該至少一火焰感測器係電性或非電性連接該至少一驅動裝置,以根據該環境溫度驅動該至少一驅動裝置至該建築物之至少一樓層。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之防火升降移動設備,更包括至少一降溫裝置,設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置上且連接該至少一溫度感測器或該至少一火焰感測器,以根據該至少一溫度感測器或該至少一火焰感測器之一預設溫度開啟。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防火升降移動設備,更包括至少一供氣過濾裝置,設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置上。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之防火升降移動設備,其中該至少一供氣過濾裝置包括至少一防毒面具、至少一活性碳面具及/或至少一供氧面具。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防火升降移動設備,更包括至少一通風裝置,設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之防火升降移動設備,更包括至少一抑燃氣體裝置,設置於該至少一防火材質殼體載具裝置內。
