Description

車燈導光結構
本創作係有關於一種於燈座上設有導光條,其導光性佳,並具有極佳均光效果之車燈導光結構。
按,一般之車燈1係由燈座10及燈罩11所組成,請參閱第一圖所示,於燈座10上設有發光體12,藉由發光體12所發出之亮光經由燈罩11透射出以供照明或警示使用,而為使車燈1之照明或警示具變化性,大都會於燈座10之正面上固設有LED燈條13,該LED燈條13上設有多顆LED燈14,藉由LED燈條13上之各LED燈14所發出之亮光來輔助發光體12之照明及警示作用,然,習知車燈1內之LED燈14之光源係直接向外投射而產生極強之光線,容易使對向的駕駛或行人產生刺眼而影響行車安全,且LED燈條13及各LED燈14係一一顯露於燈座10上,而LED燈條13上之LED燈14係三顆為一組,若其中一顆LED燈14損壞不亮時,該組之三顆LED燈14則同時不亮,其LED燈條13上之光源則無法均勻發光,易影響其發光警示效果。
而另一種於車燈內加裝導光條之車燈結構,係於導光條之兩端設有LED燈,藉由LED燈之光源投射至導光條內形成條狀光源來達到導光效果,然,習知該種導光條之設計會造成導光條之兩端部位較亮、中間部位較暗,導光亮度不均勻之情況產生,易影響其發 光警示效果,在使用上較不具美觀性。
本創作之主要目的,係在提供一種可配合燈座之造型任意彎折並固設於燈座上之車燈導光結構,具有極佳之發光警示功效及裝飾效果,且可有效解決導光光度不均之問題,可達到最佳之均光效果。
本創作之車燈導光結構,係由燈座、導光條及燈罩所組成,其中,該燈座上係設有至少一主發光體,該燈座之周邊設有設個嵌槽,該燈座上設有一穿孔;該導光條,係設於該燈座之正面上,該導光條係由一矽膠條及二LED燈條所組成,該矽膠條係為可均光性之矽膠材質所製成,該矽膠條之底面設為平面,該矽膠條之頂面設為圓弧面,該矽膠條內設有容置槽,該矽膠條內另設有至少一通孔,而該二LED燈條上排列設有數個LED燈,該二LED燈條上設有電源線,該電源線係穿設於該燈座之穿孔內,該二LED燈條係相對設置並穿設入該矽膠條之容置槽內定位;該燈罩,係設於該燈座上,該燈罩係設為透光體,該燈罩之周邊設有數個供嵌設於該燈座之嵌槽內的定位嵌體。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其中,該燈座之正面上設有供導光條置入之凹槽,該凹槽可將該導光條定位。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之平面上係塗有黏膠,供將該導光條黏固於燈座之正面上。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之頂面設有至少一凹槽,該凹槽可使LED燈所投射出之光線達到更為均光之效果。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之二側壁面上設有數凸條,該凸條係可供嵌設於燈座上的凹槽內定位。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其中,該LED燈條之電源線上套設有遮蓋,該遮蓋可將該導光條之端部及該燈座之穿孔予以遮蔽。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之容置槽內對應於該圓弧面的該側面上設有數條條槽,該條槽可將LED燈所投射出之光線予以折射,使所投射出之光線可達到更為均光之效果。
本創作之車燈導光結構,其優點係在:該導光條可配合燈座之造型任意彎折並固設於燈座上,使車燈具有發光警示功效及裝飾效果,並具有極佳之均光效果,使用上更具美觀性。

有關本創作為達上述之使用目的與功效,所採用之技術手段,茲舉出較佳可行之實施例,並配合圖式所示,詳述如下:
本創作之實施例,請參閱第二、三圖所示,主要係由一燈座2、一導光條3及一燈罩4所組成,其中,該燈座2上係設有至少一主發光體20,該燈座2之正面上設有凹槽21,該燈座2位於該凹槽21之端邊設有一穿孔22,該燈座2之周邊設有設個嵌槽23;該導光 條3,係設於該燈座2之凹槽21上,該導光條3係由一矽膠條30及二LED燈條31所組成(如第三圖所示),該矽膠條30係為可均光性之矽膠材質所製成,該矽膠條30之底面設為平面300,該矽膠條30之頂面設為圓弧面301,該矽膠條30之頂面設有至少一凹槽302,該矽膠條3內設有供LED燈條31容置之容置槽303,該容置槽303內對應於該圓弧面301的該側面上設有數條弧形之條槽304,該矽膠條30內另設有至少一通孔305,該矽膠條30之二側壁面上設有數條呈鋸齒狀之凸條306,該二LED燈條31係相對設置並穿設於矽膠條3之容置槽303內,而該二LED燈條31上排列設有數個LED燈310,該二LED燈條31上之LED燈310係以三個為一組,該二LED燈條31上設有電源線311,該電源線311上套設有一遮蓋312,該二LED燈條31係相對設置並穿設入該矽膠條30之容置槽303內定位;該燈罩4,係設於該燈座2上,該燈罩4係設為透光體,該燈罩4之周邊設有數個定位嵌體40,如此,即為一車燈導光結構。
組裝時,請參閱第四圖所示,可將導光條3設入於燈座2之凹槽21內,藉由導光條3之矽膠條30的二側壁面上之凸條306緊掣於凹槽21之壁面,即可將導光條3定位於凹槽21內,或可於矽膠條30之平面300上塗上黏膠,藉由黏膠穩固黏貼於凹槽21內,可將導光條3更穩固的定位於凹槽21內,再將設於矽膠條30之容置槽303內的二LED燈條31上的電源線311穿設入燈座2之穿孔22內,再將燈罩4蓋設於燈座2上,使燈罩4之定位嵌體40嵌設於燈座2之嵌槽23內,將燈罩4穩固的定位於燈座2上,而設於電源線311上的遮蓋312則將該導光條3之端部及該燈座2之穿孔00予以遮蔽,如此,即可完成整體之組裝。
使用時,請參閱第五圖所示,本創作藉由二LED燈條31上之各LED燈310通電發光,其各LED燈310所發出之光線可經由矽膠條30導光透射出,因二LED燈條31係設於該矽膠條30內,故光線可均勻的由矽膠條30導光,二LED燈條31上之LED燈310係以三顆為一組,若其中一顆LED燈310損壞不亮時,該組之三顆LED燈310則同時不亮,但本創作藉由二LED燈條31外部所套設之矽膠條30的均光效果,其中一組LED燈310不亮時仍不會影響矽膠條30整體均光之效果,且矽膠條30之頂面係設呈圓弧面301並設有凹槽302,使LED燈310之光線投射於矽膠條30之表面時可達到極佳之均光效果,又,該矽膠條30之容置槽303內對應於該圓弧面301的該側面上設有數條弧形之條槽304,藉由該條槽304之設計可將LED燈310所投射出之光線予以均勻折射,使所投射出之光線可達到更佳均光之效果;而矽膠條30係為軟性體,可配合燈座2之造型任意彎折成所需之各種不同形狀,且矽膠條30內之通孔305設計,可使矽膠條30在彎折為不同形狀時,具有極佳之形變空間,使彎折更容易且方便,如此,可將本創作之導光條3固設於各種車燈上,即可使車燈除了具有主光源之照明作用之外,亦具有輔助光源之發光警示功效,而本創作其中一條LED燈條31上之LED燈310之發光光線可設為橘光,可連接方向燈之線路與方向燈同步顯示,另一條LED燈條31上之LED燈310之發光光線可設為藍光,可連接車燈作為夜間顯示之警示作用,且本創作可依所須將導光條3任意彎折成各種形狀固設於燈座2上,各LED燈310發光時由矽膠條30上則會呈現出所彎折之光形,使車燈亦具有發光裝飾之效果(如附件一之實物照片所示),而本創作車燈上所設之導光結構更較習知車燈上所設之導光結構具有極佳之均光效果,使用上更具美觀 性。
綜上所述,本創作確實已達到所預期之使用目的與功效,且更較習知者為之理想、實用,惟,上述實施例僅係針對本創作之較佳實施例進行具體說明而已,此實施例並非用以限定本創作之申請專利範圍,舉凡其它未脫離本創作所揭示之技術手段下所完成之均等變化與修飾,均應包含於本創作所涵蓋之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種車燈導光結構,係由燈座、導光條及燈罩所組成,其中,該燈座上係設有至少一主發光體,該燈座之周邊設有設個嵌槽,該燈座上設有一穿孔;該導光條,係設於該燈座之正面上,該導光條係由一矽膠條及二LED燈條所組成,該矽膠條係為可均光性之矽膠材質所製成,該矽膠條之底面設為平面,該矽膠條之頂面設為圓弧面,該矽膠條內設有容置槽,該矽膠條內另設有至少一通孔,而該二LED燈條上排列設有數個LED燈,該二LED燈條上設有電源線,該電源線係穿設於該燈座之穿孔內,該二LED燈條係相對設置並穿設入該矽膠條之容置槽內定位;該燈罩,係設於該燈座上,該燈罩係設為透光體,該燈罩之周邊設有數個供嵌設於該燈座之嵌槽內的定位嵌體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車燈導光結構,其中,該燈座之正面上設有供導光條置入之凹槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之平面上係塗有黏膠,供將該導光條黏固於燈座之正面上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之頂面設有至少一凹槽。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之二側壁面上設有數凸條。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之車燈導光結構,其中,該矽膠條之容置槽內對應於該圓弧面的壁面上設有數條槽。
