Abstract

The present invention is a dental brace, which is used to be mounted on the upper or lower teeth. The dental brace comprises a main body, which forms a receiving space and an opening connected to the receiving space, wherein the receiving space is used to receive the upper or lower teeth; at least one flipper, which is arranged on the main body and adjacent to the opening, and an angle is formed between a side surface of the flipper adjacent to the opening and a gum imaginary surface of the adjacent side; when the present invention is mounted on the teeth and the user wants to remove it, the user only needs to insert a finger into the mouth and push the extended edge of the flipper in the opposite direction of the mounting direction to quickly remove the present invention from the teeth, so that the user can quickly remove the main body from the teeth without the need for additional tools, and the use is highly convenient.

Description

Braces

The present invention relates to a dental brace, in particular to a dental brace which is easy to disassemble.

In addition to traditional braces, some people choose invisible braces for aesthetic and comfort reasons. See Figure 4. The so-called invisible braces are the transparent soft braces 90 commonly seen on the market. The manufacturing process is mainly to scan the teeth in the mouth, design them by computer, and then print them into a 3D model. The mold is then hot-pressed and cut by a hot-pressing machine to form a complete row of tooth mold sets. Therefore, when the user uses it, he only needs to set the 90 sets of braces on the upper or lower teeth to make them fit tightly. The advantage is that it can be removed in advance when eating to avoid affecting chewing. In addition, it can be removed for cleaning when cleaning is required, so as to facilitate clear identification and detailed cleaning.

However, as shown in FIG. 5 , the appearance of the current braces 90 is completely conformable to the user's tooth shape. Therefore, when the user wants to remove the braces, there is no appropriate force point. The user needs to use a special hook 91 to insert it between the braces 90 and the teeth and apply force in the opposite direction to remove the braces 90. This will cause a lot of inconvenience to the user. In addition to the need to carry the special hook 91 with him, if the hook 91 is accidentally lost, it will cause the problem of difficulty in removal. If the braces 90 are directly held by hand and forcibly removed, the braces 90 may also be deformed or damaged. Therefore, the above-mentioned problems and shortcomings need to be improved.

In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a mouthpiece, which, by providing a push piece on the mouthpiece, achieves the purpose of enabling the user to quickly remove the mouthpiece by simply pushing it with a finger.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned invention purpose, the technical means adopted by the present invention is to design a brace, which is used to be mounted on the maxillary teeth or mandibular teeth, and the brace comprises: A body, which forms a receiving space and an opening connected to the receiving space, and the receiving space is used to receive the maxillary teeth or the mandibular teeth; At least one flap, which is arranged on the body and adjacent to the opening, and there is an angle between a side surface of the flap adjacent to the opening and a gum imaginary surface of the side adjacent to it.

The advantage of the present invention is that when the sleeve is mounted on the upper teeth and the user wants to remove it, he only needs to extend his index finger into his mouth and push the extended edge of the paddle in the opposite direction of the mounting direction to quickly remove the present invention from the upper teeth. Conversely, when the sleeve is mounted on the lower teeth, he only needs to extend his thumb into his mouth and push the extended edge of the paddle in the opposite direction of the mounting direction to quickly remove the present invention. The invention can quickly remove the main body from the teeth of the mandible, so the present invention is provided with a paddle, which can facilitate the user to quickly remove the main body from the teeth. Compared with the prior art, the use of a special hook for removal can be avoided, and the convenience of use can be improved; the lead angle formed by the paddle can reduce the foreign body sensation and avoid the risk of scratching the gums or fingers when putting on or removing the main body.

The following is a combination of drawings and preferred embodiments of the present invention to further illustrate the technical means adopted by the present invention to achieve the intended purpose of the invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , the mouthpiece of the present invention is used to be mounted on the upper or lower jaw teeth, and the mouthpiece includes a body 10 and at least one flap 20.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the main body 10 forms a receiving space and an opening 11 connected to the receiving space. The main body 10 is a brace structure suitable for the upper or lower teeth. The receiving space is used to accommodate the upper or lower teeth. This embodiment is described by taking the main body 10 used for the lower teeth as an example. The shape of the opening 11 corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of the lower teeth, so that the main body 10 can be completely set from the opening 11 to the upper or lower teeth. The main body 10 has a front end 12 and two rear ends 13, the front end 12 is located between the two rear ends 13, the range of the front end 12 includes the front incisors, side incisors and canines relative to the human oral cavity, and the range of the rear end 13 includes the first premolar, the second premolar, the first molar, the second molar and the third molar relative to the human oral cavity.

Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , the paddle 20 is disposed on the main body 10 and adjacent to the opening 11. In this embodiment, there are two paddles 20. The paddle 20 is a long sheet and has a connecting edge 21, an extending edge 22 and two side edges 23. The two side edges 23 are located between the connecting edge 21 and the extending edge 22. The paddle 20 is connected to the main body 10 adjacent to the opening 11 by the connecting edge 21. The length of the connecting edge 21 is greater than or equal to the width of at least one tooth. In this embodiment, the length of the connecting edge 21 is equal to the width of two teeth and is disposed at the same For the position of the first molar and the second molar; please refer to FIG. 2 , the paddle 20 extends outward and tilts at an angle θ. When the present invention is mounted on the upper teeth and the user wants to remove it, the user only needs to extend the index finger into the mouth and push the extended edge 22 of the paddle 20 in the opposite direction of the mounting direction to quickly remove the present invention from the upper teeth. Conversely, when the present invention is mounted on the lower teeth, the user only needs to extend the thumb into the mouth and push the extended edge 22 of the paddle 20 in the opposite direction of the mounting direction to quickly remove the present invention from the lower teeth. Therefore, the present invention can facilitate the user to quickly remove the body 10 from the teeth by providing the paddle 20. Compared with the prior art, the use of a special hook for removal can be avoided, and the convenience of use can be improved.

The chamfer 24 formed by the paddle 20 can reduce the foreign body sensation and avoid the risk of scratching gums or fingers when putting on or removing the main body 10.

Although the present invention has been disclosed as the preferred embodiment as above, it is not used to limit the present invention. Any person with ordinary knowledge in the relevant technical field can make some changes or modifications to the technical contents disclosed above as equivalent embodiments within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention. A dental brace is used to be mounted on the maxillary teeth or mandibular teeth, and the dental brace comprises: A main body, which forms a receiving space and an opening connected to the receiving space, and the receiving space is used to receive the maxillary teeth or the mandibular teeth; At least one flap, which is arranged on the main body and adjacent to the opening, and there is an angle between a side surface of the flap adjacent to the opening and a gum imaginary surface of the side adjacent to the flap. A mouthpiece as described in claim 1, wherein the main body comprises a front end and two rear ends, the front end is located between the two rear ends, and the at least one flap is two in number and is respectively disposed at the two rear ends. A brace as described in claim 5, wherein the range of the front end portion includes the front incisors, lateral incisors and canines relative to the human oral cavity, and the range of the rear end portion includes the first premolar, second premolar, first molar, second molar and third molar relative to the human oral cavity. A brace as described in claim 6, wherein the range of the front end portion includes the front incisors, lateral incisors and canines relative to the human oral cavity, and the range of the rear end portion includes the first premolar, second premolar, first molar, second molar and third molar relative to the human oral cavity.
