Abstract

A retailer delivery confirmation system for online pre-ordered commodity and a method thereof are provided. Service confirmation date is calculated according to reserved day number before an estimated delivery date by a shopping server. A service confirmation request is transferred to a retailer server by the shopping server when a system date is the same as the service confirmation date. A pack delivery service is provided or not at the estimated delivery date with a retailer corresponding to a retailer information is determined by the retailer server to feedback a service confirmation response to the shopping server. A retailer modification information is received by the shopping server from a consumer device to update a retailer information in corresponding a pre-order information when the service confirmation response is that the pack delivery service is not provided. The updated pre-order information is provided to a merchant device from the shopping server. Therefore, the efficiency of the retailer is provided the pack delivery service or not is determined to avoid pre-order shipping fees and time waste may be achieved.
