Abstract

Description
本發明關於一種藥物注射器的技術領域,特別為一種多容納腔內預充填的注射器技術。
粉末形式的無菌原料,主要由活性成分製造商用鋁製容器或塑膠袋進行包裝,其塑膠袋通常由聚乙烯製成。
為能夠銷售它們,製造商已證明,每種原料除了能保持無菌之外,還於給定時間段內,在使用的容器或袋中也能保持穩定。換言之,於預定的年數中,當儲存在這種容器或袋中時,這種粉末不會降解。
無菌原料銷售給成藥的製造商,製造商使用已知技術將它們分離,將成品以瓶內包括無菌粉末的形式進行銷售。前述的瓶子另附有一玻璃藥瓶,用於容置溶液。
前述之高品質材料製作之藥瓶(玻璃)、用於無菌粉末的相容包裝材料、以及一次性注射器,使整體成本非常昂貴。
使用的注射器具有固持藥匣的一個隔間,藥匣由彈性材料製成,用於容置藥物物質,藉由一特殊軟隔膜(special soft septum)保持藥物物質隔離,此技術在此領域是眾所周知的。專利號碼US 2001/0047162中描述了這種裝置的
範例。然而,這種已知裝置有一些缺點。實際上,由於在藥匣的角落中常出現藥物混合物的積聚和滯留(stagnations),劑量被非完整地輸送。這使得物質的實際注射劑量不準確且不可靠。
其他解決方案,如第1圖所示的Debiotech S.A.的DebiopassTM,使用包括多個容納腔注射器100,其中各容納腔由透明體120內滑動的橡膠塞子140、160所界定。注射器100的初始配置如第1圖中的(a)所示,其中兩個塞子140、160間的容納腔已填充一第一液體150。橡膠塞子140位於透明體120內的限停位置。注射器的噴嘴135支撐一針頭130,針頭130插入藥瓶200以吸取一第二液體170,在第1圖中的(b)配置中可見此操作。在其被拉回的同時,吸取的第二液體形成第二腔室。其中,推回橡膠塞子140,因此也推回橡膠塞子160。因此,推桿(plunger)110處於透明體120上最突出位置。藉由從藥瓶200中取出針頭130,此時的注射器處於可以將兩種液體提供給患者的自由狀態(第1圖中的(c))。施打(administration)與噴嘴135相鄰的液體170後,注射器處於第1圖中的(d)的狀態,其中塞子140處於尾端停止位置。藉由進一步推動活塞110,注射第一液體150直到塞子160與橡膠塞子140接觸。以這種方式,藉由一次注射,兩個液體連續注入患者體內。

第3圖中顯示另一解決方案,其取自申請人的專利申請案WO2017216651A1,其與第1圖中的解決方案不同,其不抽取液體,而是重構先前分別引入個別容納腔的兩種液體、或液體和粉末。這些個別容納腔由可移動的塞子6、7、16所界定,以在單個容納腔中獲得可注射溶液。根據此目的,提供一旁路導管10,在注射器的初始狀態中,旁路導管10位於可移動塞子之外。此外,在前端2處具有有限容量的液體儲存腔20、32。注射器在注射液體儲存腔20、32內的溶液之前,過量的液體會被排出。因此,本注射器中使用的塞子必須全部可移動且不同於第2圖中的塞子。此外,在旁路旁邊的塞子的初始位置允許非常有限的兩種物質進行預填充注射器。注射器中推桿的行程相同的條件下,與其他單容納腔注射器相比,此注射器可提供注射的藥液量少許多。
現有技術之一結合專利申請案WO2017216651 A1的技術內容(亦即,歐洲專利申請案EP0568321 A2),示出了與上述類似的解決方案,其中前塞子必須用雙尖頭注射器中針頭進行刺穿,或者藉由使用一第二旁路,以繞過前塞子本身。第一種情況下,刺穿操作不夠安全。在第二種情況下,第二旁路的建構很複雜。在這兩種情況下,此現有技術的結構和元件需要更複雜(articulated)的生產線,因此產品整體上會更昂貴,而其相關操作非最佳條件。
本發明的目的是藉由考慮區間的需要,以解決現有技術的問題。
特別地,本發明的目的是提供一種用於輸送藥物物質的裝置,其藉由簡單且廉價的系統以進行最佳操作

本發明藉由示例的方式,特別是參考所附圖式來描述本發明,其中:第1圖顯示根據現有技術的用於接續提供兩種液體藥物的雙容納腔注射器的不同及漸進狀態;第2圖顯示根據現有技術的第1圖中注射器所使用的塞子;第3圖顯示根據已知技術的用於預重構溶液和後續施打溶液的雙容納腔注射器;第4圖顯示顯示本發明的用於預重構溶液和後續施打溶液的雙容納腔注射器的不同及漸進狀態;第5圖顯示了與第2圖相同的塞子,這次此塞子用於第4圖的裝置;以及第6圖顯示了與第4圖相同的實施例,但是液體/粉末處於移動中。
值得注意的是,根據下文的敘述中,本領域技術人員可從說明書中不難理解,不同實施例的元件間可以結合以提供進一步的實施例,其仍屬於本發明的技術範圍,而非限制本發明的技術範圍。
關於未詳細描述的特徵細節,本說明書之技術可參考現有技術的實施例,其不影響本發明之權利範圍。例如,在現有技術的解決方案中,常使用的相同類型的次要特徵。
本說明書中,描述「一」元件時,應理解可存在「至少一個」或「一或多個」元件。
當在本說明書中列出元件或特徵的列表時,應理解為根據本發明的發現「包括」這些元件、或者「由」這些元件「所組成」。
如第4圖和第5圖所示,根據本說明書一實施例,預充填注射裝置400包括典型的管狀密封體430,其沿著沿一軸(未圖示)於一前端元件420與一後端元件410間延伸。明顯地,所有注射器中,前端元件420是附有一噴嘴421的一個部分封閉元件,針頭或一個小管子(未圖示)連接至噴嘴421,以施打或轉移液體或溶液進入注射器中。
由於已在注射器內之物質在此裝置中須混合在一起,第一塞子470和第二塞子460擺置在注射器內的管狀本體430,以界定管狀本體430內一第二容納腔400L2,此第二容納腔400L2本身用於容置第二液體物質。同時,第三塞子450連接到注射器活塞(未圖示),並與第二塞子460在管狀本體430內形成第一容納腔400L1。第二容納腔400L2內容置的第二種物質,可為固體或液體,例如粉末狀。
第二塞子460密封地將第一容納腔400L1與第二容納腔400L2分開。第二塞子460和第三塞子450配置以適於在管狀本體430內滑動。
更顯而易見的是,在這種類型的傳統注射器中,至少有一個旁路通道440,最初處於封閉狀態,並適於調整為一開放狀態,以用於混合前述第一和第二種物質。旁路通道可以在注射器中以各種方式形成。
根據本說明書一實施例,與上述已知技術相反,在預充填注射裝置或注射器400中,第一塞子470被擺置在一固定位置,沿軸向方向接觸或靠近前端元件420。「接近度(Proximity)」是指根據情況,可輕易地確定的最小或不是最小的便利建構距離。
值得注意的是,專利申請案WO2017216651 A1中的解決方案不能在固定位置使用這種塞子,因為此種裝置必須儲存預定量的重構液體,並且必須能夠移動塞子以施打藥物。此外,在初始狀態下,兩個塞子之間不能放置旁路,但兩個塞子必須保持在旁路旁邊,從而限制注射器內物質的數量。
如圖所示,藉由將固定的塞子放置到注射器的前端的支座中,需要一個供液體的通道,並期望這樣不會使其注射器本身的結構變得複雜。
根據本說明書的一觀點,藉由在液體的壓力下可以變形的塞子而實現,此液體的壓力藉由推動推桿或注射器400的活塞而產生。一般而言,單向通道可以應用於此處,例如單向閥。更一般地說,液體連通裝置與前述前端元件420將設置在前述的第一塞子內/中。
根據一較佳實施例,第一塞子470具有一非貫穿腔445,其相對於前述軸偏移,並且朝向前述前端元件420(第一塞子470的空腔445朝向前端元件420,因為如果空腔445面朝後端元件410則空腔445會填充溶液,從而使塞子貼在管狀本體430的壁上,因為空腔445充滿液體)。這允許塞子至少部分地垂直於前述中心軸收縮,從而產生管狀本體430內的通道471,向上延伸到前端元件420的噴嘴421。
第5圖顯示根據本發明的具有空腔445的塞子470的實施例。
可變形性,即塞子470的變窄,可以藉由塞子470本身的各種內部結構來實現。例如,可具有內部元件,此內部元件可在液體壓力下塌陷或斷裂的(且在這種情況下,斷裂的部份將有利地維持耦接到塞子的其餘部分)。
根據本發明一實施例,管狀本體430包括一內壁,其上具有一凹處,此凹處適於界定旁路通道440。在塞子的初始配置中,旁路通道定位於第一塞子470和第二塞子460之間。
根據本發明較佳狀態之觀點,旁路通道440的長度大於第二塞子460的全長,但小於第三塞子450和第二塞子460的長度總和(一旦第三塞子450到達第二塞子460時,可防止液體回流)。
或者,可以在第二塞子460中提供旁路通道,例如其可藉由內部結構坍塌(collapse)後收縮,或採用適當的單向閥(例如易碎膜)。
由注射器400的材料的觀點,根據本說明書,前端元件420可由塑膠材料製成及/或與管狀本體430一體製成。類似地,後端元件410也可以塑膠材料製成及/或與管狀本體430一體製成。舉例來說,管狀本體430可以由塑膠或玻璃所製成。
從注射器內初始就存在的物質來看,第一液體物質是可注射用溶劑,第二物質可以是活性物質或高活性物質,例如,抗生素(antibiotic)、或β-內酰胺類抗生素(beta-lactam antibiotic)(頭孢菌素(Cephalosporin)且/或青黴素抗生素(Penicillin antibiotic))、或細胞毒性抗癌物質(cytotoxic anticancer substance)、或激素(hormone)、或生物製劑(biological preparation)、或生物技術產品
(biotechnological product)、或單克隆抗體(biotechnological product)、或蛋白質(protein)、或疫苗(vaccine)、或麻醉劑(anesthetic)。
來到根據本說明書中的裝置的操作步驟,第4圖中的(a)繪示出如前述的裝置的起始狀態,其中為了便於表示,未繪示出推桿。推桿可連接到第三塞子450。
在第4圖中的(b)中,推桿開始推移塞子450,並藉由第一容納腔400L1的液體將塞子460朝向旁路440的範圍移動。再次在第4圖中的(b)中,旁路440再次被啟用,由於塞子460的位置在旁路440本身的內部,從而允許液體從第一容納腔400L1流至第二容納腔400L2。
在第4圖中的(c)中,一旦塞子460的位置在旁路440本身的內部,旁路被啟用,塞子450和塞子460最終相互接觸,液體完全或幾乎完全從第一容納腔400L1流至第二容納腔400L2,從而以第二種物質重構溶液的組成自身。
此時,再次藉由進一步推動活塞並因此推動塞子450,第二容納腔400L2縮小為第4圖中的(d)所示,並且在第4圖中的(e)的最終狀態下基本上或完全消失(canceled)。這可藉由包括在前塞子470內、或構成前塞子470的流體連通裝置來實現,其允許重構物質到達噴嘴421,並從噴嘴421處的一針頭、管子、或其他流體連接到第三主體(例如使用本發明的注射器的患者的身體)。
第6圖顯示第4圖中所示的注射順序,注射器400中各種材料由不同的圖案所標示。
如上所述,根據本說明書的裝置所得到的優點中,包括注射器具
有簡單的結構,同時可具有最大化注射物質的效果。當(重構和)注入的物質是相同容量的條件下,本發明可提供較現有技術更小的注射器。
由於這個原因,且更因為與現有技術具有類似的一般性形狀,以及特徵元件的簡單化,生產成本為最小化並且操作是最佳的。
至此,我們已經描述較佳實施例並且提出了本發明的一些實施例變化,但是應理解,本領域技術人員可以在不脫離由本案所附的申請專利範圍所限定的相應保護範圍的情況下,進行修正或改變。

Claims (14)
- 一種預充填注射裝置(400),包括:一管狀本體(430),沿在一前端元件(420)與一後端元件(410)間之一軸延伸;一第一塞子(470)與一第二塞子(460),擺置於該管狀本體(430)內部,並於該第一塞子(470)及第二塞子(460)間的該管狀本體(430)內形成一第二容納腔(400L2),該第二容納腔(400L2)內用於容置一第二固體物質或一第二液體物質;一第三塞子(450),連接一注射活塞,該第三塞子(450)與該第二塞子(460)在該管狀本體(430)內,形成一第一容納腔(400L1),該第一容納腔(400L1)用於容置一第一液體物質;以及至少一旁路通道(440),初始處於一封閉狀態,並可調整為一開放狀態,該開放狀態用於混合該第一液體物質、與該第二固體物質或第二液體物質;其中,該第二塞子(460)以密封方式分離該第一容納腔(400L1)及第二容納腔(400L2),該第二塞子(460)及第三塞子(450)配置以適於在管狀本體(430)內滑動,該預充填注射裝置(400)之特徵在於該第一塞子(470)擺置於該軸上接近或接觸該前端元件之一固定位置,該第一塞子具有與該前端元件(420)的一流體連通裝置(470、445),且其中該流體連通裝置(470、445)配置為並適於在使用中由於該第二容納腔(400L2)內液體壓力而產生從一第一封閉狀態到一第二開放狀態。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該流體連通裝置建構於該第一塞子(470)之結構中,其中在該第一封閉狀態中,該第一塞子(470)相對於該前端元件(420)形成一個水密閉鎖;在該第二開放狀態中,該第一塞子(470)以垂直於該軸之方向進行收縮,藉此在該第二容納腔(400L2)與該前端元件(420)之間形成一液體連通通道(471)。

- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該至少一旁路通道(440)的一長度長於該第二塞子(460)的總長,且短於該第三塞子(450)與該第二塞子(460)的總長。

- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該至少一旁路通道(440)由該第二塞子(460)內一單向閥所構成。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該至少一旁路通道(440)由該第二塞子(460)的該些內部元件所構成,其在該液體壓 力中為可塌陷或斷裂。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該前端元件(420)為塑膠材料所製作,及/或該前端元件(420)與該管狀本體(430)為一體。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該後端元件(410)為塑膠材料所製作,及/或該後端元件(410)與該管狀本體(430)為一體。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中該管狀本體(430)為塑膠材料或玻璃材料所製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的預充填注射裝置(400),其中用於注射的該第一液體物質為一溶液,該第二液體物質或該第二固體物質為一活性物質或一高活性物質,該活性物質或該高活性物質例如為:抗生素、β-內酰胺類抗生素、細胞毒性抗癌物質、激素、生物製劑、生物技術產品、單克隆抗體、蛋白質、疫苗、或麻醉劑,其中該β-內酰胺類抗生素包括頭孢菌素且/或青黴素抗生素。
