Abstract
一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,首先取一印刷有圖案或文字之加工件,然後於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上,噴塗一層底漆後,以低能量之UV燈照射,使該層底漆形成黏性,最後再將一金箔黏著於該層底漆上。
Description
本發明係有關一種製程簡單、效率快且成本低之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法。
由於UV噴墨印表機能在許多不同的材質或厚度之待列印物上進行印刷,除了可提供較快的印刷速度,並達到穩定而一致的列印品質之外,其可靠的效能也為用戶省去製作分色網版的工作及時間而迅速完成列印,使UV噴墨印表機廣泛應用於廣告、海報及高品質藝術品複製等專業商業輸出用途之中。
目前市面上所見到的UV噴墨印表機中,主要是在機台的滑動平台上設有一可受控制而往返移動的噴墨模組,在噴墨模組的上方設有複數個墨水匣,噴墨模組的下方設有複數個相對應各墨水匣的噴墨頭,經由噴墨頭底部的噴嘴將墨水噴印於待列印的待列印物上,再藉由噴墨模組側面所設置的UV燈投射於已噴印在待列印物上的墨水上,使墨水快速硬化而凝固。
又,燙金的應用,普遍使用在印刷品之印後製程,以增加印刷物的外觀質感與附加價值,因此在目前UV噴墨列印技術之成熟與普及,兩者製程結合所呈現出的產品也越來越受到矚目。目前UV噴墨列印技術在燙金之製程中,主要仍停留在熱燙金(燙金溫度在130℃~150℃),因此UV噴墨之圖案或文字經過燙金機前,需先在整個加工件上進行淋膜,使整個UV噴墨之圖案或文字上方形成護膜,然後再於要燙金的地方重新噴墨圖案或文字,最後再燙金金箔於該重新噴墨圖案或文字上,以產生局部燙金之效果,且避免其他地方在燙金過程中沾黏到金箔。
然而,上述的製程,由於為了避免其他地方在燙金過程中沾黏到金箔,故必須先經過護膜與重新噴墨後才能燙金,不但耗時且成本高,繁複的製程使得產品的品質穩定度大打折扣,因此如何改善目前的製程,一直為本案發明人研究之方向。
本發明之主要目的在提供一種製程簡單、效率快且成本低之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法。
本發明之另一目的在提供一種品質穩定高且具有不需要於燙金前先護膜之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法。
為達上述之目的,本發明所設之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,係包括以下步驟:
步驟a:取一印刷有圖案或文字之加工件;
步驟b:於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上,噴塗一層底漆後,以低能量之UV燈照射,使該層底漆形成黏性;以及
步驟c:將一金箔黏著於該層底漆上。
實施時,於該步驟a與步驟b之間,更包括有一步驟a1:於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上噴塗一層透明色,並用UV燈照射固化。該步驟b中之UV燈的照射能量係低於該步驟a1中UV燈的照射能量。
實施時,該金箔係以一壓合裝置壓合後而黏合於該底漆上。
實施時,該底漆係為UV墨水。
為進一步了解本發明,以下舉較佳之實施例,配合圖式、圖號,將本發明之具體構成內容及其所達成的功效詳細說明如下。
步驟a‧‧‧取一印刷有圖案或文字之加工件
步驟a1‧‧‧於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上噴塗一層透明色,並用UV燈照射固化
步驟b‧‧‧於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上,噴塗一層底漆後,以低能量之UV燈照射,使該層底漆形成黏性
步驟c‧‧‧將一金箔黏著於該層底漆上
第1圖係為本發明實施例之流程圖。
第2圖係為本發明另一實施例之流程圖。
請參閱第1圖,其為本發明一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法之一最佳實施例。
該本發明所設之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,係包括以下步驟:
步驟a:取一印刷有圖案或文字之加工件;
步驟b:於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上,噴塗一層底漆後,以低能量之UV燈照射,使該層底漆形成黏性;以及
步驟c:將一金箔黏著於該層底漆上。
其中,該金箔係以一壓合裝置壓合後而黏合於該底漆上,而該底漆係為UV墨水。
因此,實施時,由於在該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上,噴塗一層底漆後,並以低能量之UV燈照射,使該層底漆(即欲燙金之區域上)形成黏性,此時金箔即可黏著於該層底漆(即欲燙金之區域)上,而圖案
或文字的其他區域也不會沾黏到金箔。
此外,如第2圖所示,本發明可於該步驟a與步驟b之間,更包括有一步驟a1:於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上噴塗一層透明色,並用UV燈照射固化。其中該步驟b中之UV燈的照射能量係低於該步驟a1中UV燈的照射能量。因此,由於在該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上噴塗一層透明色,並用UV燈照射固化,使得形成一層透明膜之概念,並令該步驟b中之UV燈的照射能量係低於該步驟a1中UV燈的照射能量,使得該層底漆形成黏性後,金箔即可黏著於該層底漆上。
因此,透過上述之設計,利用底漆遇到低熱產生黏性,即可將金箔結合於上,無須再經過如習知技術整個加工件護膜之動作,不但成本低、效率快之外,更能有效降低燙金時金箔沾黏其他區域圖案或文字之問題,大幅提高製程之穩定度與精度。
以上所述乃是本發明之具體實施例及所運用之技術手段,根據本文的揭露或教導可衍生推導出許多的變更與修正,仍可視為本發明之構想所作之等效改變,其所產生之作用仍未超出說明書及圖式所涵蓋之實質精神,均應視為在本發明之技術範疇之內,合先陳明。
綜上所述,依上文所揭示之內容,本發明確可達到發明之預期目的,提供一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,極具產業上利用之價值,爰依法提出發明專利申請。

Claims (3)
- 一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,包括以下步驟:步驟a:取一印刷有圖案或文字之加工件;步驟b:於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上,噴塗一層底漆後,以低能量之UV燈照射,使該層底漆形成黏性;以及步驟c:將一金箔黏著於該層底漆上;其中於該步驟a與步驟b之間,更包括有一步驟a1:於該圖案或文字欲燙金之區域上噴塗一層透明色,並用UV燈照射固化,該步驟b中之UV燈的照射能量係低於該步驟a1中UV燈的照射能量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,其中該金箔係以一壓合裝置壓合後而黏合於該底漆上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之一種使用於UV噴墨印表機上可施行印後燙金之列印方法,其中該底漆係為UV墨水。
