Abstract
一種可浮水的眼用鏡片,包含一鏡片本體,該鏡片本體由一環狀嵌段共聚物射出製成,該環狀嵌段共聚物是由苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物透過氫觸媒轉化取得,該眼用鏡片本體比重為0.94,光折射率為1.51。
Description
本發明涉及一種眼用鏡片,尤指一種可浮水的眼用鏡片。
現今市面上雖銷售有浮水眼鏡,但現今鏡片普遍是由玻璃、樹脂以及聚碳酸酯製成,前述材料製成後的鏡片比重均大於1,無法浮水,致使現今浮水眼鏡均是令眼鏡框具備浮水特性才可實現浮水。但,如此作法導致業者需針對鏡框結構設計浮水結構或製程,十分麻煩。
本發明的主要目的,在於解決現今眼用鏡片無法浮水的問題。
為達上述目的,本發明提供一種可浮水的眼用鏡片,包含一鏡片本體,該鏡片本體由一環狀嵌段共聚物射出製成,該環狀嵌段共聚物是由苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物透過氫觸媒轉化取得,該眼用鏡片本體比重為0.94,全光線透光率為百分之92,光折射率為1.51。
一實施例中,該眼用鏡片具有至少一黏貼於該鏡片本體一側的功能膜。進一步地,該功能膜為一偏光膜、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜、一防水膜或一防汙膜。
一實施例中,該眼用鏡片包含一鏡片本體,至少一成形於該鏡片本體一側的表面處理層以及至少一設置於該表面處理層上的功能膜層。進一步地,該功能膜層可為一偏光膜層、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜層、一防水膜層或一防汙膜層等。
一實施例中,該眼用鏡片包含一鏡片本體以及至少一以UV固化方式設置於該鏡片本體一側的功能膜。進一步地,該功能膜為一偏光膜層、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜層、一防水膜層或一防汙膜層。
一實施例中,該眼用鏡片具有至少一於射出過程中成形於該鏡片本體一側的功能膜層。進一步地,該功能膜層為一偏光膜層。
依前述發明內容所揭,相較於習用技術,本發明具有以下特點:本發明該眼用鏡片比重為0.94而可實現鏡片浮水的目的。

本發明詳細說明及技術內容,茲配合圖式說明如下:請參閱圖1,本發明提供一種可浮水的眼用鏡片10,該眼用鏡片10於實施時係搭配一框架(本圖未示)使用,亦即該眼用鏡片10可用於製成近視眼鏡、太陽眼鏡、泳鏡等。除此之外,該眼用鏡片10可根據實施需求調整成形於上的光學結構,亦即該眼用鏡片10可具備視力矯正或不具備視力矯正,該眼用鏡片10所能成形態樣諸多於此不予贅述。
進一步地,本發明該眼用鏡片10包含一鏡片本體11,該鏡片本體11由一環狀嵌段共聚物(CBC)射出製成,該環狀嵌段共聚物是由苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物透過氫觸媒轉化取得,該眼用鏡片本體比
重為0.94,全光線透光率為百分之92,光折射率為1.51。據此,本發明該眼用鏡片10比重小於1,而得具體實現浮水效果。
復請參閱圖2,一實施例中,該眼用鏡片10具有至少一黏貼於該鏡片本體11一側的功能膜12,本文於此所稱黏貼是以化學黏著工法實施,該功能膜12可為一偏光膜、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜、一防水膜或一防汙膜等。除前述之外,該功能膜12亦可透過UV固化方式設置於該鏡片本體11一側。
復請參閱圖3,一實施例中,該眼用鏡片10包含至少一成形於該鏡片本體11本體一側的表面處理層13,以及至少一設置於該表面處理層13上的功能膜層14。進一步地,該眼用鏡片10可根據實施需求而於兩相對側設有該表面處理層13,再於二該表面處理層13上設置該功能膜層14,此時所設的二該功能膜層14可具相同功能或不同功能。再者,該功能膜層14可為一偏光膜層、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜層、一防水膜層或一防汙膜層等。另一方面,本發明於此所稱該表面處理層13可透過化學蝕刻或化學氣相沉積等設置於該鏡片本體11之上。除此之外,該功能膜層14亦可於該鏡片本體11射出過程中,透過射出熔融等技法於直接成形於該鏡片本體11上。
綜上所述者,僅為本發明的一較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,即凡依本發明申請專利範圍所作的均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明的專利涵蓋範圍。
Claims (9)
- 一種可浮水的眼用鏡片,包含一鏡片本體,該鏡片本體由一環狀嵌段共聚物射出製成,該環狀嵌段共聚物是由苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物透過氫觸媒轉化取得,該眼用鏡片本體比重為0.94,全線透光率為百分之92,光折射率為1.51。
- 如請求項1所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該眼用鏡片具有至少一黏貼於該鏡片本體一側的功能膜。
- 如請求項2所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該功能膜為一偏光膜、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜、一防水膜或一防汙膜。
- 如請求項1所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該眼用鏡片包含一鏡片本體,至少一成形於該鏡片本體一側的表面處理層以及至少一設置於該表面處理層上的功能膜層。
- 如請求項4所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該功能膜層為一偏光膜層、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜層、一防水膜層或一防汙膜層。
- 如請求項1所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該眼用鏡片包含一鏡片本體以及至少一以UV固化方式設置於該鏡片本體一側的功能膜。
- 如請求項6所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該功能膜為一偏光膜層、一用於減少反光的多層鍍膜層、一防水膜層或一防汙膜層。
- 如請求項1所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該眼用鏡片具有至少一於射出過程中成形於該鏡片本體一側的功能膜層。
- 如請求項8所述可浮水的眼用鏡片,其中,該功能膜層為一偏光膜層。
