Abstract
一種顯示裝置包含一殼體、至少一黏著件、一顯示面板及一撓性邊框。殼體包含一底板及多個側板。該些側板連接於該底板之各側緣,以共同圍繞出一容置空間。黏著件貼覆於該底板。顯示面板位於該容置空間,並貼覆於該黏著件。撓性邊框包含相連的三邊條,每一該邊條包含一承載部、一側部及一遮蓋部。該側部銜接該承載部與該遮蓋部。該三邊條分別裝設於該顯示面板之相鄰三側,且部分顯示面板夾設於該承載部與該遮蓋部之間。
Description
本發明係關於一種顯示裝置,特別是一種具撓性邊框的顯示裝置。
隨著半導體產業及相關電子產業日益發達,智慧型手機(smart phone)、筆記型電腦(notebook)、平板電腦(tablet PC)、平面電視等數位化顯示裝置無不朝向更便利、多功能且美觀的方向發展。在使用這些產品時,顯示螢幕是不可或缺的界面,其中,液晶顯示裝置(liquid crystal display,LCD)已成為顯示螢幕之主流。由於液晶顯示裝置之液晶面板本身並不發光,故在液晶面板下方必須設置背光模組(backlight module),以提供顯示畫面時所需光線。
一般來說,顯示裝置的顯示模組與背光模組是被兩外殼包覆於內,兩外殼透過卡勾與卡槽的方式相結合,以筆記型電腦為例,兩外殼透過卡勾與卡槽的方式即構成為俗稱之“A件”和“B件”,用來固定顯示模組和背光模組。然而,卡勾與卡槽設置需預留較大的空間,故使顯示裝置整體厚度及邊框寬度無法有效縮減,不利於顯示裝置窄邊框化的設計趨勢。因此,如何讓顯示裝置符合窄邊框的設計趨勢,實為目前仍待解決之問題。
本發明在於提供一種顯示裝置,藉以解決先前技術中,顯示裝置難以窄化邊框的問題。
本發明之一實施例所揭露之顯示裝置包含一殼體、至少一黏著件、一顯示面板及一撓性邊框。殼體包含一底板及多個側板。該些側板連接於該底板之各側緣,以共同圍繞出一容置空間。黏著件貼覆於該底板。顯示面板位於該容置空間,並貼覆於該黏著件。撓性邊框包含相連的三邊條,每一該邊條包含一承載部、一側部及一遮蓋部。該側部銜接該承載部與該遮蓋部。該三邊條分別裝設於該顯示面板之相鄰三側,且部分顯示面板夾設於該承載部與該遮蓋部之間。
根據上述實施例之顯示裝置,顯示面板之上側與左右兩側透過撓性邊框套設而非透過金屬或塑膠製的遮蓋殼件覆蓋,並搭配黏著件貼附於,故可進一步縮減顯示面板上側與左右兩側的邊框寬度。舉例來說,將可在原本14吋的機型中裝上15吋的顯示面板,進而兼顧大螢幕的享受與攜帶便利性。
以上關於本發明內容的說明及以下實施方式的說明係用以示範與解釋本發明的原理,並且提供本發明的專利申請範圍更進一步的解釋。
以下通過筆記型電腦為例來詳述本發明實施例提供之顯示裝置,以期描述出本發明實施例提供之顯示裝置的優點:(1)相比現有筆記型電腦省去B件,節省空間;(2)採可撓性材料容納顯示面板如LCD,以達保護及固定之功能;(3)創造更狹窄邊框視覺效果及實際尺寸。
本實施例之顯示裝置例如為筆記型電腦之顯示構件,其樞設於筆記型電腦的鍵盤構件(未繪示)。但與現有筆記型電腦之顯示構件不同在於,本實施例之顯示裝置不採用現有筆記型電腦之B件結構。現有筆記型電腦之B件結構是為金屬或塑膠製成的一矩形框,設置於顯示面板前側,以與筆記型電腦之A件一起支撐顯示面板並將相關之電路板夾設於其間,而顯示面板的上左右各方因矩形框邊的存在,使得14吋的顯示面板最終呈現為如15吋的大小。
而本實施例之顯示裝置是採可撓性材料來保護及固定顯示面板。一種具體實現中,本實施例之顯示裝置包括一顯示面板、一殼體、一蓋板及一裝飾板,其中顯示面板透過可撓性材料固定於殼體,任何熟習相像技藝者可參照現有筆記型電腦而得之殼體、裝飾板、蓋板、顯示面板之功效,例如顯示面板包括顯示模組和背光模組等。本發明之重點在於如何通過可撓性材料而省卻現有B件,以下將透過附圖並結合實施例具體描述。
請參閱圖1至圖5。圖1為根據本發明第一實施例所述之顯示裝置拆下蓋板的立體示意圖。圖2為圖1之局部分解示意圖。圖3為圖2之殼體的前視圖。圖4為圖1之顯示裝置拆下蓋板的前視示意圖。圖5為圖1之剖面示意圖。
在圖1所示實施例中,顯示裝置10包含一殼體100、多個黏著件200、一顯示面板300及一撓性邊框400。
如圖2與圖3所示,殼體100包含一底板110及多個側板120。這些側板120連接於該底板110之各側緣,以共同圍繞出一容置空間S。
該底板110於靠近容置空間S之一側具有多個凸台111、112、113、114,用以貼覆黏著件200。凸台111與凸台112彼此相對,且凸台113與凸台114彼此相對。其中,凸台111、112分別具有一槽道111A、112A。槽道111A與112A之相對兩端分別鄰近於凸台111、112之相對兩端。
此外,底板110更具有多個穿孔115,以減輕底板110的重量。
如圖2所示,該黏著件200的數量為多個且例如為泡棉膠。這些黏著件200雙面皆具有黏性,這些黏著件200之其中一面分別貼覆於該些凸台111、112、113、114。其中,貼覆於凸台111、112之黏著件200覆蓋於槽道111A、112A。
如圖2與圖3所示,顯示面板300位於該容置空間S,並貼覆於該黏著件200之另一面。
如圖2與圖5所示,撓性邊框400的材質例如為塑膠與矽膠的混合物,並透過射出成型的方式製成。撓性邊框400包含相連的三邊條410、420、430,且三邊條410、420、430分別裝設於該顯示面板300之相鄰三側。每一該邊條410、420、430的結構相同。以邊條410為例,邊條410包含一承載部411、一側部412及一遮蓋部413。該側部412銜接該承載部411與該遮蓋部413,且部分顯示面板300夾設於該承載部411與該遮蓋部413之間。
在本實施例中,該遮蓋部413具有一第一抵靠面413A。該側部412具有一第二抵靠面412A。該第一抵靠面413A與該第二抵靠面412A分別抵靠於該顯示面板300之相鄰側,且該第一抵靠面413A與該第二抵靠面412A的夾角θ為銳角,或者第一抵靠面413A朝向顯示面板300傾斜,以令邊條410能更緊密地套設於顯示面板300而提升顯示面板300與邊條410在組裝上的可靠度。
在本實施例中,該遮蓋部413係位於該顯示面板300遠離該底板110之一側,且該遮蓋部413具有一緩衝凸墊413B。緩衝凸墊413B之用途為當顯示裝置10與鍵盤構件相疊時,緩衝凸墊413B可提供緩衝之效果而避免顯示裝置10與鍵盤構件碰撞。此外,因緩衝凸墊413B是整合於邊條410上,而非獨立於邊條410之外的元件,故可簡化顯示裝置10的組裝流程,省去額外貼覆軟墊的程序。
此外,該遮蓋部413凸出於該側部412之第二抵靠面412A的長度L1小於該承載部411凸出於該側部412之第二抵靠面412A的長度L2,以讓窄邊框的效果更為明顯。
在又一實施例中,顯示裝置10更具有一蓋板500,部分該槽道111A、112A延伸至該顯示面板300的外緣310之外。蓋板500裝設於殼體100並覆蓋顯露於顯示面板300外之該槽道111A、112A,以美化顯示裝置10的外觀。惟,若需拆卸顯示裝置10時,可拆下蓋板500,可從槽道111A、112A顯露於外之區段將可消除黏著件200黏性之溶液(例如酒精)灌入槽道111A、112A被顯示面板300覆蓋的區段。藉以透過溶液(例如酒精)來消除黏著件200的黏性,進而讓組裝人員更簡易地拆除顯示面板300而避免破壞顯示面板300。
在另一實施例中,顯示裝置10更包含一裝飾板600。該裝飾板600裝設於該底板110遠離該顯示面板300之一側。底板110更具有一釋放孔116,釋放孔116位於顯示面板300的外緣310之外。上述之蓋板500裝設於殼體100時,亦覆蓋住釋放孔116,以美化顯示裝置10的外觀。但若需拆卸裝飾板600時,可拆下蓋板500,並使用工具(如螺絲起子)穿過釋放孔116並撬起裝飾板600。
值得注意的是,在本實施例中,黏著件200為泡棉膠,故在凸台111、112預留槽道111A、112A,以透過在槽道111A、112A灌酒精的方式來除膠。但並不以此為限,在其他實施例中,黏著件200也可以改成拉拔膠,如此一來,凸台111、112並不需要預留槽道111A、112A,僅需將黏著件200其中一端顯露於顯示面板300的外緣310之外,以供拆卸人員拉拔。
根據上述實施例之顯示裝置,顯示面板之上側與左右兩側透過撓性邊框套設而非透過金屬或塑膠製的遮蓋殼件覆蓋,並搭配黏著件貼附於,故可進一步縮減顯示面板上側與左右兩側的邊框寬度。舉例來說,將可在原本14吋的機型中裝上15吋的顯示面板,進而兼顧大螢幕的享受與攜帶便利性。
此外,上述顯示裝置是將撓性邊框取代原本顯示裝置的遮蓋殼件,由於撓性邊框的成本低於原本的遮蓋殼件,且撓性邊框無需與殼體進行卡扣,故可進一步節省顯示裝置的製作成本與降低組裝難度。
通過上述本發明實施例之顯示裝置的描述可知,相比現有筆記型電腦的B件加橡膠方式,本發明實施例之顯示裝置是直接使用可撓性材料構成之撓性邊框來固定及保護顯示面板,整體視覺呈無B件設計,且撓性邊框的設計得以將邊框縮到最小距離,視覺比例上有別於現有筆記型電腦,從而可以在例如現有14吋筆記型電腦體積裝上15吋的顯示熒幕。
雖然本發明以前述之較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習相像技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作些許之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之專利保護範圍須視本說明書所附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (6)
- 一種顯示裝置,包含:一殼體,包含一底板及多個側板,該些側板連接於該底板之各側緣,以共同圍繞出一容置空間,該底板靠近該容置空間之一側具有至少一凸台;至少一黏著件,該至少一黏著件貼覆於該至少一凸台;一顯示面板,位於該容置空間,並貼覆於該黏著件;以及一撓性邊框,包含相連的三邊條,每一該邊條包含一承載部、一側部及一遮蓋部,該側部銜接該承載部與該遮蓋部,該三邊條分別裝設於該顯示面板之相鄰三側,且該顯示面板的部分部位夾設於該承載部與該遮蓋部之間;其中,該遮蓋部具有一第一抵靠面,該第一抵靠面抵靠於該顯示面板,並朝向該顯示面板傾斜,該側部具有一第二抵靠面,該第一抵靠面與該第二抵靠面分別抵靠於該顯示面板之相鄰側,且該第一抵靠面與該第二抵靠面的夾角為銳角,該遮蓋部位於該顯示面板遠離該底板之一側,該遮蓋部具有一緩衝凸墊。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示裝置,其中該遮蓋部凸出於該側部的長度小於該承載部凸出於該側部的長度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示裝置,更包含一蓋板,該蓋板覆蓋顯露於該顯示面板外之該槽道。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示裝置,其中該底板具有一釋放孔,顯露於該顯示面板的外緣之外。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示裝置,更包含一裝飾板,該裝飾板裝設於該底板遠離該顯示面板之一側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示裝置,其中該至少一凸台具有一槽道,且部分該槽道延伸至該顯示面板的外緣之外,該至少一黏著件貼覆於該至少一凸台,並覆蓋該槽道。
