Abstract
一種濕度調控系統,包含:複數個濕度調整裝置,用以吸附或霧化濕度調整環境中的水氣與水;一供進水裝置,經調控而對濕度調整裝置給水;一主控控制裝置,用以主控濕度調控系統;一通訊連接裝置,連接於複數個濕度調整裝置、供進水裝置和主控控制裝置;以及一遠端控制裝置,具有一遠端控制機構,該遠端控制機構係與主控控制裝置進行通訊,藉由主控控制裝置調控複數個濕度調整裝置以調整環境濕度。
Description
本發明係關於一種空調系統,特別是關於一種濕度調控系統。
空氣的溫度愈高,飽和濕度就愈高。在醫學上,空氣濕度與呼吸之間的關係非常緊密。在45~55%的相對濕度下,氧氣比較容易通過肺泡進入血液,人體感覺最舒適。當溫度及濕度較高時,人體調節體溫的排汗功能容易受影響而感到悶熱不適。在濕度不足的環境下,人體的皮膚容易乾燥發癢,且黏膜也容易受刺激。除此之外,空氣濕度對於博物館、圖書館、製造業、建築業、製酒業……等而言都是非常重要的。在濕度過高的環境下,容易滋生繁衍蛀蟲、黴菌、白蟻、微生物等,在濕度不足的環境下則容易造成物品的含水率過低,進而導致物品應力變化、脆化、龜裂翹曲等傷害。
然而,習知的空調系統,如中央空調系統,對於濕度之掌控僅能進行除濕,而沒有加濕的功能,也無法透過有線網路或無線網路來控制系統。有些空調系統尚且沒有濕度監測機制,無法適時關閉除濕功能。故難以滿足各別區域的不同濕度需求,實用性不足。
緣此,本發明之目的即是提供一種濕度調控系統,能夠增減調節濕度,且能因應不同濕度調整環境而各別調控濕度。
本發明為解決習知技術之問題所採用之技術手段係提供一
種濕度調控系統,設置於複數個濕度調整環境之中,該濕度調控系統包含:複數個濕度調整裝置,各個該濕度調整裝置具有一對應控制機構,該對應控制機構係用以控制該濕度調整裝置之濕度調整,該濕度調整裝置係設置於複數個濕度調整環境中;一供進水裝置,係經由一供水管路而連通於該複數個濕度調整裝置;一主控控制裝置,具有一主控裝置網路收發機構,該主控裝置網路收發機構係藉由一網路而接收一控制訊號以由該主控控制裝置個別執行對於該複數個濕度調整裝置之各個該濕度調整裝置的該對應控制機構的濕度調整控制,且/或該主控裝置網路收發機構係藉由一網路而傳送一回應資訊以回應該複數個濕度調整環境中之濕度調整狀態;以及一通訊連接裝置,連接於該對應控制機構之間且/或連接於該主控控制裝置與該些對應控制機構之間且/或該供進水裝置與該對應控制機構之間;其中該主控控制裝置係藉由該通訊連接裝置而控制該對應控制機構以及該供進水裝置,且該供進水裝置係提供濕度調整所需之水至該濕度調整裝置且/或接收該濕度調整裝置所產生之水。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中更包含一遠端控制裝置,具有一遠端控制機構,該遠端控制機構係與該主控裝置網路收發機構進行通訊,以自該遠端控制裝置發送該控制訊號至該主控控制裝置或自該主控控制裝置接收該回應資訊至該遠端控制裝置。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該供進水裝置係一逆滲透過濾裝置,該逆滲透過濾裝置係提供濕度調整所需之淨水至該濕度調整裝置且/或接收該濕度調整裝置所產生之水。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該濕度調整裝置具有一感應器,該感應器係感應該濕度調整環境之溫度或濕度。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該遠端控制裝置所發送的該控制訊號係為控制該複數個濕度調整環境中的個別濕度
設定值。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該遠端控制裝置所接收的該回應資訊係為各個該濕度調整環境的濕度資訊。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該主控控制裝置進一步具有一對應控制管理機構,係經由與該對應控制機構之通訊而控制各個該對應控制機構之濕度。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該遠端控制機構係以無線網路通訊的方式而與該主控裝置網路收發機構進行通訊。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該供進水裝置係設置於該複數個濕度調整環境的一高點,該高點高於該複數個濕度調整裝置之設置點。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該通訊連接裝置係一控制器區域網路匯流排連接線。
在本發明的一實施例中係提供一種濕度調控系統,其中該濕度調整裝置具有一儲水槽,以儲存該供進水裝置所提供之水,並裝設一獨立排水管線或與空調管線一併處理。
經由本發明所採用之技術手段,本發明的濕度調控系統能夠以濕度調整裝置增減調節濕度,其具有增加濕度及降低濕度的二種功能,因此無需分別購置增濕機及除濕機,藉以節省購買成本及放置空間。
此外,本發明的濕度調控系統尚能因應不同濕度調整環境而透過有線網路或無線網路各別調控濕度,且藉由濕度感應器自動感測濕度調整環境的濕度,並根據各個不同濕度調整環境的濕度需求而使濕度調整裝置切換成增濕狀態或除濕狀態,從而可使每一個區域皆隨時保持適當的環境濕度。

以下根據第1圖至第2圖,而說明本發明的實施方式。該說明並非為限制本發明的實施方式,而為本發明之實施例的一種。
如第1圖所示,依據本發明的一實施例的一濕度調控系統100,設置於複數個濕度調整環境之中,該濕度調控系統包含:一濕度調整裝置1、一供進水裝置2、一主控控制裝置3、一通訊連接裝置4、及一遠端控制裝置5。
如第2圖所示,該濕度調整裝置1具有一對應控制機構11,該對應控制機構11係用以控制該濕度調整裝置1之濕度調整,該濕度調整裝置1係設置於複數個濕度調整環境中,如第1圖的使用示意圖所示,假設一棟房子分為五個房間,每個房間皆裝設該濕度調整裝置1,則該複數個濕度調整環境即為每個房間,並於房子高點設置該供進水裝置2,讓該供進水裝置2可經由一供進水管路21而連通於該複數個濕度調整裝置1,在其中一個房間可設置該主控
控制裝置3,該主控控制裝置3還具有一主控裝置網路收發機構31,然後利用該通訊連接裝置4將所有裝置連結,該通訊連接裝置4為一網路連接線。該主控控制裝置3透過該通訊連接裝置4可調整該複數個濕度調整裝置1之濕度設定及該供進水裝置2的供水設定,同時該主控控制裝置3可透過該主控裝置網路收發機構31與一遠端控制裝置5進行無線網路通訊,以自該遠端控制裝置5發送一控制訊號至該主控控制裝置3或自該主控控制裝置3接收一回應資訊至該遠端控制裝置5。較佳地,該主控控制裝置3為一控制面板裝置,而該遠端控制裝置5為一智慧型手機或平板電腦。
如第2圖所示,在本實施例中,該濕度調整裝置1包括一對應控制機構11、一機殼12、一吸濕輪13、一加熱片14、一導送構件15、一凝水構件16、一儲水槽17、複數個霧化器18、以及一主風扇19,其中該對應控制機構11係該濕度調整裝置1中的供電構件,除濕時,該吸濕輪13沿一自轉方向自轉而吸附該吸濕輪13周邊的水氣與水,該加熱片14熱連接於該吸濕輪13而與該吸濕輪13相對運動,以將該吸濕輪13所吸附的水氣與水予以加熱而蒸發成水蒸氣,該導送構件15具有一蒸氣導入口151以及一除濕導出口152,該蒸氣導入口151連接該加熱片14而使於該吸濕輪13的水分受熱蒸發而自該吸濕輪13流入該蒸氣導入口151,而經該除濕導出口152流入至該凝水構件16,該凝水構件16連接於該除濕導出口152,而將導入之水蒸氣予以凝結收集,以降低該濕度調整環境的濕度,並將凝結之水導入該儲水槽17。該儲水槽17具有一副風扇171,該複數個霧化器18係置於儲水槽17中,加濕時,霧化該儲水槽17中的水並將水蒸氣藉由該副風扇171導送到該濕度調整環境以提高該濕度調整環境的濕度,該主風扇19係熱連接該吸濕輪13及該凝水構件16。
如第3A圖及第3B圖所示,該濕度調整裝置1的機殼12的設計可以分為兩種,一種為裸露式設計,另一種為風管式設計。第3A圖的裸露式設
計在機殼12的下方各設置一進風口121及一出風口122,而第3B圖的風管式設計則在機殼12a的側面設置一進風口121a,在機殼12a的前面設置一出風口122a。裸露式設計適用於一般居家環境,對於室內裝潢較不具嚴格要求的狀況,而風管式設計則較適用於旅館或大型機構,這些場所大多要求須將其設置於風管中以免破壞室內裝潢的整體設計。
在本實施例中,為了避免將細菌或灰塵蒸發到空氣中,較佳地,該供進水裝置2係一逆滲透過濾裝置,該逆滲透過濾裝置係提供濕度調整所需之淨水至該濕度調整裝置1且/或接收該濕度調整裝置1所產生之水。當然,本發明不以此為限。在其它實施例中,此供進水裝置2可為其他種類的純水過濾裝置。另外,有些逆滲透過濾裝置僅具供水功能而並不具進水功能,此時,則需裝設一獨立排水管線或與空調管線一併處理排水。
在本實施例中,該濕度調整裝置1還具有一感應器,該感應器係感應該濕度調整環境之溫度或濕度,可選擇性地設置於該主風扇19的一進風面191,用以精準感測該濕度調整環境的溫度或濕度。
在本實施例中,該遠端控制裝置5所發送的該控制訊號係為控制該複數個濕度調整環境中的個別濕度設定值,而該遠端控制裝置5所接收的該回應資訊係為各個該濕度調整環境的濕度資訊。當然,本發明不以此為限。在其它實施例中,該控制訊號亦可控制該複數個濕度調整環境中的整體濕度設定值,而該遠端控制裝置5所接收的該回應資訊係為該複數個濕度調整環境的整體濕度資訊。
在本實施例中,該主控控制裝置3進一步具有一對應控制管理機構32,係經由與該對應控制機構11之通訊而控制各個該對應控制機構11之濕度。優選地,該對應控制管理機構32主要由ARM A7架構的多核心處理器與ARM Cortex-M4微處理器組成,其作業系統使用Android,而各對應控制機構11
的主要控制係利用Android系統上開發的APP程式做為人機控制介面,藉此,該主控控制裝置3即可透過該通訊連接裝置4調整該複數個濕度調整裝置1之濕度設定及該供進水裝置2的供水設定,並即時監控所有裝置與錯誤回報,且可利用無線網路通訊及APP程式即可更新所有裝置之韌體程式。
在本實施例中,該遠端控制機構51係以無線網路通訊的方式而與該主控裝置網路收發機構31進行通訊。在本實施例中,此無線網路通訊係一WiFi網路通訊。當然,本發明不以此為限。在其它實施例中,此網路通訊可為其他種類的無線網路通訊,例如,ZigBee、Bluetooth等。另外,亦可使用USB伺服器鑰(USB dongle)而將該主控裝置網路收發機構31置於其上,使無線網路通訊功能與該主控控制裝置3分離,如此,則無需針對無線網路通訊功能申請各國認證而可加快產品開發速度。
在本實施例中,該供進水裝置2係設置於該複數個濕度調整環境的一高點,較佳地,該高點係高於該複數個濕度調整裝置之設置點。當然,本發明不以此為限。在其它實施例中,亦可不必將該供進水裝置2設置於高點,而以抽水裝置將水抽取到該濕度調整環境。
在本實施例中,該通訊連接裝置4係一控制器區域網路匯流排連接線。控制器區域網路匯流排通訊協定為一種串列雙線式差動傳輸,其特點是允許網路上的微處理器和裝置直接互相通訊,網路上不需要主機控制通訊。
在本實施例中,該濕度調整裝置1具有一儲水槽17,以儲存該供進水裝置2所提供之水,並裝設一獨立排水管線或與空調管線一併處理。該儲水槽17中的該複數個霧化器18係為一超音波霧化振盪器。且較佳地,該儲水槽17具有一紫外線殺菌燈,用以將所儲存之水徹底殺菌,以避免將細菌或灰塵蒸發到空氣中。
在其他的實施例中,該濕度調整裝置1亦可將增濕功能移除,
例如,移除該複數個霧化器18及該副風扇171,將該供進水裝置2拿掉,並裝設一獨立排水管線或與空調管線一併處理,則該濕度調整裝置1即成為一單純的除濕裝置,而較適用於台灣這種高溫高濕的氣候環境。
以上之敘述僅為本發明之較佳實施例說明,凡精於此項技藝者當可依據上述之說明而作其它種種之改良,惟這些改變仍屬於本發明之發明精神及以下所界定之專利範圍中。
Claims (9)
- 一種濕度調控系統,係用以調控濕度,該濕度調控系統包含:複數個濕度調整裝置,各個該濕度調整裝置具有一對應控制機構及一感應器,該對應控制機構係用以控制該濕度調整裝置之濕度調整以執行一加濕操作及一除濕操作,該感應器係感應該濕度調整環境之溫度或濕度,各個該濕度調整裝置各別具有一供進水接口以在加濕操作時供水而在除濕操作時排水,且各個該濕度調整裝置係個別設置於各個濕度調整環境中;一供進水裝置,係經由一供進水管路而將該複數個濕度調整裝置的各個供進水接口共匯連接至該供進水裝置,以在加濕操作時自該供進水裝置供水至各個該濕度調整裝置且以在除濕操作時自各個該濕度調整裝置排水至該供進水裝置;一主控控制裝置,具有一主控裝置網路收發機構,該主控裝置網路收發機構係藉由一網路而接收一控制各個濕度調整裝置之濕度設定值的控制訊號以由該主控控制裝置個別執行對於該複數個濕度調整裝置之各個該濕度調整裝置的該對應控制機構的濕度調整控制,且/或該主控裝置網路收發機構係接收來自於各個該濕度調整裝置回傳之目前濕度資訊以藉由一網路而回應傳送各個該濕度調整裝置的該目前濕度資訊以回報該各個濕度調整環境中之濕度調整狀態;以及一通訊連接裝置,係為一控制器區域網路匯流排連接線,連接於該對應控制機構之間且/或連接於該主控控制裝置與該些對應控制機構之間且/或該供進水裝置與該對應控制機構之間;其中該主控控制裝置係藉由該通訊連接裝置而控制該對應控制機構以及該供進水裝置,且該供進水裝置經由該主控控制裝置之控制而提供各個濕度調整所需之水至該濕度調整裝置且/或接收各個該濕度調整裝置所產生之水。
- 如請求項1所述之濕度調控系統,其中更包含一遠端控制裝置,具有一遠端控制機構,該遠端控制機構係與該主控裝置網路收發機構進行通訊,以自該遠端控制裝置發送該控制訊號至該主控控制裝置或自該主控控制裝置接收該回應資訊至該遠端控制裝置。
- 如請求項1所述之濕度調控系統,其中該供進水裝置係一逆滲透過濾裝置,該逆滲透過濾裝置係提供濕度調整所需之淨水至該濕度調整裝置且/或接收該濕度調整裝置所產生之水。
- 如請求項2所述之濕度調控系統,其中該遠端控制裝置所發送的該控制訊號係為控制該複數個濕度調整環境中的個別濕度設定值。
- 如請求項2所述之濕度調控系統,其中該遠端控制裝置所接收的該回應資訊係為各個該濕度調整環境的濕度資訊。
- 如請求項1所述之濕度調控系統,其中該主控控制裝置進一步具有一對應控制管理機構,係經由與該對應控制機構之通訊而控制各個該對應控制機構之濕度。
- 如請求項2所述之濕度調控系統,其中該遠端控制機構係以無線網路通訊的方式而與該主控裝置網路收發機構進行通訊。
- 如請求項1所述之濕度調控系統,其中該供進水裝置係設置於該複數個濕度調整環境的一高點,該高點高於該複數個濕度調整裝置之設置點。
- 如請求項1所述之濕度調控系統,其中該濕度調整裝置具有一儲水槽,以儲存該供進水裝置所提供之水,並裝設一獨立排水管線或與空調管線一併處理。
