Description

按鍵結構
本發明是有關於一種按鍵結構,且特別是有關於一種與習知結構不同的按鍵結構。
隨著科技的進步與發達,電子產品的使用也愈見普及。依照主要功能的不同,較為常見的電子裝置例如有智慧型手機、筆記型電腦或平板電腦等。
以個人電腦為例,為了要讓使用者能夠方便地將資料儲存至個人電腦中,個人電腦通常都具有用以輸入資料的鍵盤。習知之鍵盤按鍵結構是由鍵帽、橡膠(rubber)、底部以及連接於鍵帽及底部之間的連動機構所構成。其中,連動機構是由兩個交叉樞接的支架,即剪刀腳結構(Scissors)所構成。當組裝鍵盤按鍵結構時,是先將橡膠黏接於底部。接著,將支架交叉樞接組裝在一起,以形成連動機構。然後,再使連動機構連接於鍵帽及底部之間。但是,使用此方式組裝鍵盤按鍵結構,不但構件多而造成組裝上的不便利性及困難度。
本發明提出一種按鍵結構,包括一底部、一鍵帽以及一彈性元件。底部具有一按壓部。鍵帽具有一導通部及一固定部。彈性元件為一線狀纏繞而成的中空體,且配置於 底部與鍵帽之間,導通部穿入中空體且對應按壓部的位置,固定部係用以固定彈性元件,鍵帽可移動地固定於底部,當鍵帽往底部移動時,導通部將連接於按壓部。
基於上述,本發明之彈性元件配置於底部與鍵帽之間,且彈性元件被固定部所固定。如此一來,便完成了按鍵結構的大致組裝流程。據此,相對於習知的按鍵結構而言,由於此按鍵結構的結構簡單,故可便於組裝者組裝而能節省組裝工時。
為讓本發明之上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例,並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。
圖1是依照本發明之一實施例之一種按鍵結構的示意圖。請參閱圖1,本實施例之按鍵結構100例如為薄膜式鍵盤之其中一個按鍵,其包括一底部110、一鍵帽120、一彈性元件130以及一固定元件140,其中底部110包括一底板112以及一薄膜電路板114,薄膜電路板114配置於底板112上,且薄膜電路板114具有一按壓部114a。
鍵帽120具有一導通部122及兩固定部124,其中固定部124位於鍵帽120的底面120a,且導通部122位於該兩固定部124的中間。導通部122例如為一柱體,其用以接觸底部110之薄膜電路板114。
在本實施例中,彈性元件130例如為一彈簧且配置於底部110與鍵帽120之間,以將鍵帽120可移動地固定於 底部110。固定部124例如為水滴孔結構,其用以固定彈性元件130之一端(指彈性元件130靠近鍵帽120的一端)。需說明的是,圖1所繪示的固定部124的數量有兩個,然本發明不限制於此,固定部的數量及配置位置端視實際按鍵結構而能進行調整。詳言之,固定部124具有一連接部124a與一穿孔124b。連接部124a連接鍵帽120的底面120a,而穿孔124b讓彈性元件130穿過以固定彈性元件130。
固定元件140包括一導通孔142。固定元件140與底部110組裝在一起,且將彈性元件130固定在底部110。在本實施中,彈性元件130與固定元件140可為一體成型,且由射出成形而形成。因此,彈性元件130便藉由此固定元件140而可組裝並固定在底部110。
固定元件140可以包括一或多個組裝孔144,圖示以兩個為例,而底板112亦可具有一或多個卡勾116,圖示以兩個為例,本案不以此為限。卡勾116係用以穿設於組裝孔144,以使固定元件140與底部110組裝在一起,然,本案固定的方式不限制於此,當然,也可改為在固定元件上設置卡勾,而底板則設置對應的組裝孔,也可發揮相同作用。
在本實施例中,導通部122配置於鍵帽120之底面120a對應按壓部114a的位置。當鍵帽120被下壓而使鍵帽120朝底部110移動時,彈性元件130會跟著變形而使導通部122下壓通過導通孔142以與薄膜電路板114之按 壓部114a接觸,以觸發此按鍵結構100,進而可將輸入的指令透過薄膜電路板114而傳遞至電子裝置(例如筆記型電腦)。
彈性元件130可以為一彈簧或任何由線體纏繞所構成的中空體,且此中空體可為圓柱形、方柱型等,本案不以此為限。當按壓鍵帽120的外力消失時,彈性元件130藉由自身的彈力而能夠使鍵帽120迅速地恢復到未被按壓前之原始位置,以便於使用者繼續輸入資料。
在此配置之下,本發明之彈性元件130配置於底部110與鍵帽120之間,且彈性元件130被固定部124所固定。如此一來,便完成了按鍵結構100的大致組裝流程。據此,相對於習知的按鍵結構而言,由於此按鍵結構100的結構簡單,故可便於組裝者組裝而能節省組裝工時。下面將對按鍵結構100的製作與組裝流程進行詳細的介紹。圖2A至圖2C是一種製作圖1之按鍵結構的流程圖。
請先參閱圖2A,首先,提供一底部110,詳細而言,底部110包括一底板112以及一薄膜電路板114。薄膜電路板114配置於底板112上以形成所述底部110,且此薄膜電路板114設有一按壓部114a。
接著,請參閱圖2B,提供一彈性元件130以及一固定元件140,並將彈性元件130以及固定元件140組裝至底部110。詳細而言,固定元件140包括一組裝孔144,而底板112具有一卡勾116。卡勾116穿設於組裝孔144,以將固定元件140與底部110組裝在一起。在本實施例中, 彈性元件130例如為一彈簧,且此彈性元件130與固定元件140是透過射出成形的方式結合在一起。舉例而言,彈性元件130先放入預設的模具中,再進行射出成型,以將彈性元件130與固定元件140結合。
最後,如圖2C所示,便可將鍵帽120與彈性元件130組裝再一起,便完成了按鍵結構100的組裝流程。在本實施例中,鍵帽120具有一導通部122及一固定部124,其中固定部124位於鍵帽120的底面120a。固定部124例如為水滴孔結構,其用以固定彈性元件130之一端(指彈性元件130靠近鍵帽120的一端)。詳細而言,本實施例是利用固定部124的一穿孔124b,來讓彈性元件130穿過以固定彈性元件130。
此外,上述鍵帽120的製作方式,可以是一體成型(例如藉由塑膠射出成型)或者組合式加工成型。換言之,本實施例的鍵帽120與導通部122的材質例如為塑膠材質,故可利用塑膠成型的方式製造而形成導通部122。另一方面,導通部122的材質例如為橡膠、矽膠等非塑膠材質。因此,導通部122可以在製作完成後放入模具中,再進行射出成型而形成此鍵帽120的部分。
圖3是依照本發明之另一實施例之一種按鍵結構的示意圖。請參閱圖3,圖3之按鍵結構200與圖1之按鍵結構100的主要差異在於,在圖3中,本實施例之導通部222更具有一軟墊222a。當鍵帽120被下壓而使鍵帽120朝底部110移動時,軟墊222a與薄膜電路板114之按壓部114a 接觸。
綜上所述,本發明之彈性元件配置於底部與鍵帽之間,且彈性元件被固定部所固定。如此一來,便完成了按鍵結構的大致組裝流程。據此,相對於習知的按鍵結構而言,由於此按鍵結構的結構簡單,故可便於組裝者組裝而能節省組裝工時。
雖然本發明已以實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作些許之更動與潤飾,故本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種按鍵結構,包括:一底部,具有一按壓部;一鍵帽,具有一導通部及一固定部;以及一彈性元件,為一線狀纏繞而成的中空體,且配置於該底部與該鍵帽之間,該導通部穿入該中空體且對應該按壓部的位置,該固定部具有一穿孔,該穿孔讓該彈性元件穿過以固定該彈性元件;其中,該鍵帽可移動地固定於該底部,當該鍵帽往該底部移動時,該導通部將連接於該按壓部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按鍵結構,其中該按鍵結構更包括一固定元件,該固定元件設置於該底部,且該固定元件將該彈性元件固定在該底部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之按鍵結構,其中該固定元件與該彈性元件係一體成型。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之按鍵結構,其中該固定元件包括一導通孔,當該鍵帽朝該底部移動時,該導通部通過該導通孔以與該底部接觸。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之按鍵結構,其中該固定元件包括一組裝孔,而該底部包括一底板以及一薄膜電路板,該薄膜電路板配置於該底板上,該底板具有一卡勾,該卡勾穿設於該組裝孔,以將該固定元件與該底部組裝在一起。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按鍵結構,其中該固定部位於該鍵帽的底面。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按鍵結構,其中該導通部具有一軟墊,當該鍵帽朝該底部移動時,該軟墊與該底部接觸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按鍵結構,其中該導通部與該鍵帽為一體成型。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按鍵結構,其中該彈性元件為一彈簧。
