Description
本發明係有關於黏扣帶用毛面的製造方法、製造設備及黏扣帶用毛面。
俗稱‘魔鬼氈’之機械式緊固裝置主要是由具有扣鉤結構的黏扣帶及具有與扣鉤結構鉤合的毛圈結構的毛面所構成,且因其具易於氈黏及分離之特性,而被廣泛地使用在需要將兩個分開的部分作可分離式黏合的應用中。
近年來黏扣帶與毛面結構在尿布上的應用逐漸擴大,相關產品在功能性及舒適性的提升則是目前業界所共同追求的目標。為此,先前使用在尿布產品上的傳統背膠黏貼方式,因其氈黏的方式因不甚便利且不易重複使用的缺點而逐漸遭到淘汰。取而代之的是標榜可重複氈黏且可滿足寶寶活動力的橫向氈黏力道之蘑菇頭黏扣帶。而一般選擇與蘑菇頭射出鈎搭配之毛面通常為針織布種類的毛面。
目前與蘑菇頭射出鈎相搭配使用的針織布種類為緯紗針織(緯編)布。然而,由於針織布的組織較為稀鬆,同時也具有較大的伸縮性。因此,當針織布毛面與蘑菇頭射出鈎咬合後,會有上下左右位移的情況發生,造成密合度不佳的問題,而且也產生剝離強度不足的問題。而,目前藉由改變緯向紗圈密度及紗圈長度的方式,對於提高剝離強度並無法得到明顯的改善效果。此外,一般針織布的後段加工,大部分是以PU塗佈與PVC背膠兩種為主,但PU塗佈有均勻性不易控制,不耐高水壓,水溶解性等缺失,而PVC背膠則有低溫脆化,且含有DOP化學物質,不易自然分解,燃燒時會污染環境等問題。
有鑑於現有針織布毛面技術中存在著上述問題,因此在黏扣帶的尿布應用領域中對於能夠提供氈黏效果更強、與扣鉤結合的密合度更高之黏扣帶用毛面的製造方法,製造設備及黏扣帶用毛面一直存在著需求。
本發明的目的是要提供一種能夠有效解決存在於現有技術中的缺點之兼具高氈黏/剝離強度及高密合度之黏扣帶用毛面。本發明的另一個目的是要提供一種能夠快速、大量且低成本地製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法及設備。
本發明的上述目的可藉由提供一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法來達成,該方法包含:以預定的排列方式連續地提供多條紗線;將紗線塑性變形為具有所想要的毛圈形狀;連續地提供底材;及把被塑性變形為毛圈形狀的紗線以熔融結合的方式直接固定至該底材上,以形成黏扣帶用毛面。
依據本發明的一實施例,該將紗線塑性變形為具有所想要的毛圈形狀的步驟較佳地包含使用一對毛圈成型滾筒來將紗線塑性變形,其中該對毛圈成型滾筒包括一具有圓周表面之可轉動的公模滾筒及一可轉動的母模滾筒其具有圓周表面且被設置成與公模滾筒的圓周表面可轉動地接觸,其中在公模滾筒的圓周表面上形成有多條縱長向凸肋及在母模滾筒的圓周表面上相對應地形成有多個縱長向凹槽,使得在公模滾筒與母模滾筒接觸時,凸肋可被容納於凹槽內。較佳地,該公模滾筒的圓周表面被加熱至可讓紗線軟化塑性變形的溫度。
較佳地,該提供多條紗線的步驟包含將紗線提供至該對毛圈成型滾筒之間,使得紗線在通過公模滾筒與該母模滾筒之間時被公模滾筒的凸肋壓入母模滾筒上相對應的凹槽內,使得紗線產生塑性變形而具有毛圈形狀。較佳地,該把紗線固定至底材上的步驟包含使用熱壓滾輪或超音波壓輪來實施此步驟。此外,該底材較佳地包含不織布。
依據本發明的另一個面向,一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備被提供。該製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備包含毛圈成型裝置,其包括一具有圓周表面之可轉動的公模滾筒及一可轉動的母模滾筒其具有圓周表面且被設置成與公模滾筒的圓周表面可轉動地接觸,其中在公模滾筒的圓周表面上形成有多條縱長向凸肋及在母模滾筒的圓周表面上相對應地形成有多個縱長向凹槽,使得在公模滾筒與母模滾筒接觸時,凸肋可被容納於凹槽內;送紗裝置,其被設置在該母模滾筒的轉動方向的上游側,用來將多條紗線以預定的排列方式輸送至該公模滾筒與該母模滾筒之間,使得紗線在通過公模滾筒與該母模滾筒之間時被公模滾筒的凸肋壓入母模滾筒上相對應的凹槽內,使得紗線產生塑性變形而具有毛圈形狀;毛圈固定裝置,其被設置在該母模滾筒的轉動方向的下游側且被設置成與該母模滾筒的圓周表面之間形成一間隙,其中該毛圈固定裝置可提供足以讓紗線熔融的能量;及底材給送裝置,其被設置來將一片底材輸送通過該形成在該母模滾筒的圓周表面與該毛圈固定裝置之間的間隙,其中當底材通過該間隙時,在該母模滾筒的圓周表面上被塑性變形的紗線的一部分被毛圈固定裝置提供的能量熔融而與底材相結合,藉以將被塑性變形的紗線固定至底材上,以形成黏扣帶用毛面。
較佳地,該公模滾筒的圓周表面被加熱至可讓紗線軟化塑性變形的溫度。該毛圈固定裝置較佳地包含熱壓滾筒或超音波壓輪。
依據本發明的另一實施例,一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法被提供,該方法包含:連續地提供底材至一工作平台;以水平波浪方式提供多條紗線於該底材上,使得每一波浪狀紗線具有對稱於一水平軸線的波峰部分及波谷部分;及沿著每一條波浪狀紗線的水平軸線實施熔融結合處理,用以將該等紗線直接固定至該底材上,並使得每一條波浪狀紗線的波峰部分及波谷部分站立於該基材上,以形成該黏扣帶用毛面的毛圈。
依據此實施例的另一面向,一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備被提供。該製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,包含:工作平台;底材給送裝置,其被設置來將底材連續地輸送至該工作平台上;送紗裝置,其被設置來將多條紗線以波浪狀的形式提供至工作平台上的底材上,使得每一波浪狀紗線具有對稱於一水平軸線的波峰部分及波谷部分;毛圈成型固定裝置,其被設置成與該工作平台相對使得載有紗線的底材能夠被輸送通過它與工作平台之間,且包含一能量產生單元及多個與該能量產生單元耦接之作用部分,用以在載有紗線的底材能夠被輸送通過該毛圈成型固定裝置與工作平台之間時,該等作用部分可沿著波浪狀的紗線的水平軸線對紗線加壓並對紗線施加能量,用以將紗線熔融結合至底材上並使得波狀紗線的波峰部分及波谷部分站立於底材上成為毛圈;一輸出滾輪,其被設置來將其上形成有毛圈的底材輸送離開該工作平台。
現將參考附圖所示的較佳實施例來描述本發明。
圖1為依據本發明的第一實施例之用於製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備的示意側視圖,圖2為該製造設備的示意立體圖,及圖3為依據本發明的第一實施例所製造之黏扣帶用毛面的示意立體圖。
首先,參考圖1及2來描述本發明之用於製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備。如圖1及圖2所示,本發明之用於製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備10主要包括送紗裝置11、底材給送裝置12、毛圈成型裝置13、毛圈固定裝置14及捲出裝置15。
在圖1及2所示的實施例中,該毛圈成型裝置13包含一可轉動的公模滾筒13a及一可轉動的母模滾筒13b。在公模
滾筒13a的圓周表面上形成有多條等間距地設置的縱長向凸肋13a1。在母模滾筒13b的圓周表面上形成有多個等間距地設置的縱長向凹槽13b1,且在相鄰的凹槽13b1之間形成有突出部13b2。公模滾筒13a及一母模滾筒13b被設置成兩滾筒的圓周表面彼此平行且可轉動地相接觸,使得公模滾筒13a的圓周表面上的凸肋13a1可以嵌入到母模滾筒13b的圓周表面上的凹槽13b1中,而且兩滾筒的轉動軸大致在同一水平面上,如圖1及2所示。此外,該公模滾筒13a的圓周表面被加熱至可讓紗線塑性變形的溫度。該送紗裝置11係設置在該母模滾筒13b轉動方向(如圖1及2中的箭頭所示)的上游處,用來將多條紗線20送至該公模滾筒13a與母模滾筒13b之間。
在此實施例中,該毛圈固定裝置14是一熱壓滾筒14其被設置在該母模滾筒13b轉動方向的下游處。該熱壓滾筒14的圓周表面與母模滾筒13b的圓周表面之間形成一很小的間隙。此外,該熱壓滾筒14的圓周表面被加熱至可將紗線熔融的溫度。該底材給送裝置12在此實施例中包含一對底材輸送滾輪12a及12b,用來將底材30輸送通過介於該熱壓滾筒14與該母模滾筒13b之間的間隙。在此實施例中,該底材30為不織布。該捲出裝置15在此實施例中包含一對捲出滾筒15a及15b其被設置在該基材輸送方向的下游側,用來將通過介於該熱壓滾筒14與該母模滾筒13b之間的間隙的基材捲出。
接下來,將參照圖1及2來說明本發明之黏扣帶用毛面的製程。
首先,送紗裝置11將多條紗線20以固定的排列模式(例如,在此實施例中紗線20係以彼此平行的模式)送至該公模滾筒13a與該母模滾筒13b之間。接著,紗線20被公模滾筒13a圓周表面的溫度軟化且藉由公模滾筒13a與母模滾筒13b的轉動滾壓而被公模滾筒13a的圓周表面上的凸肋13a1壓入到母模滾筒13b的圓周表面上的凹槽13b1中而產生塑性變形成為毛圈的形狀並附著於母模滾筒13b的圓周表面上。
接著,附著於母模滾筒13b的圓周表面上已被成型為毛圈形狀的紗線20隨著母模13b的轉動與經由底材輸送滾輪12a及12b輸送至介於該熱壓滾筒14與該母模滾筒13b之間的間隙的底材30(即,不織布)一起通過該間隙。在此時,附著在母模滾筒13b的圓周表面的突出部13b2上的紗線20因受熱壓滾筒14表面的高溫而熔化並在熱壓滾筒14的滾壓之下與底材30相結合,藉以將毛圈形狀的紗線20固定至底材30上。最後,藉由捲出滾筒15a及15b的拉引讓固定於基材30上的毛圈狀的紗線20與母模滾筒13b的凹槽13b1脫離,而成為如圖3所示之黏扣帶用毛面40,其上形成有多個毛圈20’。
接下來,將參照圖4-7來描述依據本發明的第二實施例之黏扣帶用毛面的製造設備100,其中圖4為該製造設備100的示意立體圖;圖5為示意俯視平面圖;圖6為沿著圖5的A-A線一端所見之示意放大端視圖;及圖7為用第二實施例的製造設備的黏扣帶用毛面的部分放大立體圖。
如圖4所示,該製造設備100主要包含一工作平台101,一底材供應裝置120,一送紗裝置110,一毛圈成型固定裝置130,及一輸出滾輪140。
在此實施例中,該底材供應裝置120為一底材輸送滾輪,用來將底材底材30輸送至該工作平台101上。該送紗裝置110被建構成可在垂直於該底材輸送方向D的方向上水平地來回移動(如,圖4中的雙箭頭所示)用以將多條紗線20以波浪狀的方式提供至在該工作平台101上的底材30上,使得每一波浪狀紗線20具有對稱於一水平軸線S的波峰部分21及波谷部分22。
該毛圈成型固定裝置130在此實施例中為一可轉動的滾筒結構,其被設置成以其圓周表面與該工作平台101相對且一間隙被形成在該圓周表面與該工作平台101之間。該毛圈成型固定裝置130的圓周表面上形成有多個環狀凸齒部131且相鄰的環形凸齒部131之間則形成為有斜度凹部132。該毛圈成型固定裝置130更包含能量產生單元(未示出),譬如超音波產生器或加熱器,其被耦接至該等環狀凸齒部131用以經由該等環形凸齒部131施加超音波能或熱能。較佳地,該等環形凸齒部131的數量及位置係對應於該等紗線20的數量及對準該等波浪狀紗線20的水平軸線S的位置,使得上面載有多條紗線20的底材30在通過介於該毛圈成型固定裝置130的圓周表面與該工作平台101之間的間隙時,該等環形凸齒部131會滾壓底材30上的紗線20並對紗線20施加熱能或超音波能。該輸出滾輪140係設置在該工作平台101在底材輸送方向D的下游側,用來將經過處理的底材30送出該工作平台101。
接下來,將描述此實施例的製程。首先,由該底材供應裝置110將底材底材30輸送至該工作平台101上。在此實施例中,該底材30可以是不織布。然後,用該送紗裝置110將多條紗線20以波浪狀的方式提供至在該工作平台101上的底材30上。在此實施例中,該紗線20是可以與不織布熔融結合的紗線,譬如像是熱熔紗、尼龍、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethane,TPU)或類此者。接著,將載有多條紗線20的底材30輸送通過介於該毛圈成型固定裝置130的圓周表面與該工作平台101之間的間隙,此時,該毛圈成型固定裝置130上與該等紗線20相對應的多個環狀凸齒部131會沿著對應的波浪狀的紗線20的水平軸線滾壓紗線20,同時對其施加熱能或超音波能,藉以將紗線20熔融結合固定至底材30上。此外,在該等波浪狀的紗線20被輪壓固定的同時,該等波浪狀的紗線20的波峰部分21及波谷部分22則會順著環狀凸齒部131的斜面站立起來(如圖6所示),而形成如圖7所示的毛圈20’。之後,其上形成有多個毛圈20’的底材30即經由輸出滾輪140被送出,成為黏扣帶用毛面40’。
由於本發明捨棄了傳統針織布毛面以紗線(即,經紗與緯紗)交織固定的技術手段,而是將毛圈狀的紗線直接熔融結合至不織布底材上來形成具有毛圈的毛面結構,因此,相較於傳統技術,本發明不僅可藉由減少抽紗、編織等工序來降低製造成本,還可藉由對於毛圈高度、密度及排列方式的確實控制來有效地提高與黏扣帶鉤合時的密合度及剝離強度。
本發明基於不同於傳統針織布毛面技術的技術思想,不僅有效地克服了傳統針織布毛面的缺點,更可達成優於傳統技術的功效,因此,本發明很明顯地是一具有產業利用性之創新的發明創作。
雖然本發明之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法、設備及黏扣帶用毛面已於上文中參考附圖所示的較佳實施例加以說明,但這並不表示本發明僅侷限於上文中所描述及附圖中所示的結構及步驟。事實上,在上文揭示內容所教示的原理及精神之下,本發明仍有各種不同的變化例。例如,第一實施例中的熱壓滾筒14可用超音波壓輪來取代。第一實施例的紗線排列方式除了平行排列之外,亦可以用其它的形式來排列。以及,第一實施例的毛圈形狀亦可藉由使用不同形狀的凸肋及凹槽來加以改變。所有這些及其它可能的修改及變化都落在由下面的申請專利範圍所界定之本發明的真實範圍內。

- 一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,包含:毛圈成型裝置,其包括一具有圓周表面之可轉動的公模滾筒及一可轉動的母模滾筒其具有圓周表面且被設置成與公模滾筒的圓周表面可轉動地接觸,其中在公模滾筒的圓周表面上形成有多條縱長向凸肋及在母模滾筒的圓周表面上相對應地形成有多個縱長向凹槽,使得在公模滾筒與母模滾筒接觸時,凸肋可被容納於凹槽內;送紗裝置,其被設置在該母模滾筒的轉動方向的上游側,用來將多條紗線以預定的排列方式輸送至該公模滾筒與該母模滾筒之間,使得紗線在通過公模滾筒與該母模滾筒之間時被公模滾筒的凸肋壓入母模滾筒上相對應的凹槽內,使得紗線產生塑性變形而具有毛圈形狀;毛圈固定裝置,其被設置在該母模滾筒的轉動方向的下游側且被設置成與該母模滾筒的圓周表面之間形成一間隙,其中該毛圈固定裝置可提供足以讓紗線熔融的能量並同時對紗線施加壓力;及底材給送裝置,其被設置來將底材連續地輸送通過該形成在該母模滾筒的圓周表面與該毛圈固定裝置之間的間隙,其中當底材通過該間隙時,在該母模滾筒的圓周表面上被塑性變形的紗線的一部分被毛圈固定裝置提供的能量熔融而與底材相結合,藉以將被塑性變形的紗線固定至底材上,以形成黏扣帶用毛面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的設 備,其中該毛圈固定裝置包含熱壓滾筒。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其中該毛圈固定裝置包含超音波壓輪。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其中該底材包含不織布。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其更包含捲出裝置,其被設置來將黏扣帶用毛面拉出介於該母模滾筒的圓周表面與該毛圈固定裝置之間的間隙。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其中該公模滾筒的圓周表面被加熱至可讓紗線軟化塑性變形的溫度。
- 一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,包含:以預定的排列方式連續地提供多條紗線;將紗線塑性變形為具有所想要的毛圈形狀;連續地提供底材;及施加能量來將一部分被塑性變形為毛圈形狀的紗線局部熔化並同時施加壓力,藉以用熔融結合的方式將紗線直接固定至該底材上,以形成黏扣帶用毛面。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中將紗線塑性變形為具有所想要的毛圈形狀的步驟包含使用一對毛圈成型滾筒來將紗線塑性變形。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中該對毛圈成型滾筒包括一具有圓周表面之可轉動 的公模滾筒及一可轉動的母模滾筒其具有圓周表面且被設置成與公模滾筒的圓周表面可轉動地接觸,其中在公模滾筒的圓周表面上形成有多條縱長向凸肋及在母模滾筒的圓周表面上相對應地形成有多個縱長向凹槽,使得在公模滾筒與母模滾筒接觸時,凸肋可被容納於凹槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中該提供多條紗線的步驟包含將紗線提供至該對毛圈成型滾筒之間,使得紗線在通過公模滾筒與該母模滾筒之間時被公模滾筒的凸肋壓入母模滾筒上相對應的凹槽內,使得紗線產生塑性變形而具有毛圈形狀。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中把紗線固定至底材上的步驟包含使用熱壓滾輪或超音波壓輪來實施此步驟。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中該底材包含不織布。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中該公模滾筒的圓周表面被加熱至可讓紗線軟化塑性變形的溫度。
- 一種用申請專利範圍第7-13項中任一項之方法所製造的黏扣帶用毛面。
- 一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,包含:工作平台;底材給送裝置,其被設置來將底材連續地輸送至該工作平台上; 送紗裝置,其被設置來將多條紗線以波浪狀的形式提供至工作平台上的底材上,使得每一波浪狀紗線具有對稱於一水平軸線的波峰部分及波谷部分;毛圈成型固定裝置,其被設置成與該工作平台相對使得載有紗線的底材能夠被輸送通過它與工作平台之間,且包含一能量產生單元及多個與該能量產生單元耦接之作用部分,用以在載有紗線的底材能夠被輸送通過該毛圈成型固定裝置與工作平台之間時,該等作用部分可沿著波浪狀的紗線的水平軸線對紗線施加能量,用以將紗線熔融並同時施加壓力使得紗線直接結合至底材上並使得波狀紗線的波峰部分及波谷部分站立於底材上成為毛圈;一輸出滾輪,其被設置來將其上形成有毛圈的底材輸送離開該工作平台。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其中該毛圈成型固定裝置包含一可轉動的滾筒結構,其被設置成以其圓周表面與該工作平台相對且其圓周表面上形成有多個環狀凸齒部,用以作為該等工作部分。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其中該能兩產生單元包含超音波產生器或加熱器。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項製造黏扣帶用毛面的設備,其中該底材包含不織布,及該紗線係選自於由熱熔紗、尼龍、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯所組成的組群中。
- 一種製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,該方法包含:連續地提供底材至一工作平台; 以水平波浪方式提供多條紗線於該底材上,使得每一波浪狀紗線具有對稱於一水平軸線的波峰部分及波谷部分;及沿著每一條波浪狀紗線的水平軸線對紗線施加能量用以將紗線局部熔化並同時施加壓力來實施熔融結合處理,用以將該等紗線直接固定至該底材上,並使得每一條波浪狀紗線的波峰部分及波谷部分站立於該基材上,以形成該黏扣帶用毛面的毛圈。
- 如申請專利範圍第19項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中熔融結合處理係藉由施加超音波能或熱能來實施。
- 如申請專利範圍第19項之製造黏扣帶用毛面的方法,其中該底材包含不織布,及該紗線係選自於由熱熔紗、尼龍、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯所組成的組群中。
- 一種用申請專利範圍第19-21項中任一項之方法所製造的黏扣帶用毛面。
