The substrate is in the shape of a rectangular plate with rounded corners formed at its corners. The outer frame is located on the surface of the substrate and is in the shape of a rectangular ring. The four corners of the outer frame form rounded corners respectively, and the top surface and the outer side surface of the outer frame also form rounded corners together and are connected to the rounded corners of the four corners. The rounded corners of the corners of the substrate and the outer frame echo each other. The light-transmitting resin fills the space enclosed by the substrate and the outer frame, is flush with the outer frame, and covers a plurality of light-emitting diode components mounted on the surface of the substrate.
