【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎，及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍，外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型，表面上具有10個輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在輪徑表面。該每一個輪輻表面分別修飾一個削去一側邊的圓凹面，該圓凹面從輪輻外側端之一側邊的邊緣以一拋物線形向中心方向逐漸彎曲、逐漸陡峭，並終止在內側端的另一側邊。又，每2個相鄰輪輻之內側端彼此融合在一起，且與其他輪輻組在軸心部外周形成一個高低落差的疊接面，正視時宛若”渦輪”狀等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓，其前後端部分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個由內向外擴大的錐形口部，該輪輻部之10個輪輻成等距排列跨越在該口部上。該每一個輪輻之寬度成由中心向外圍方向逐漸變寬，在該每一個輪輻表面上分別修飾一個拋物線形、削去一側邊的圓凹面，該圓凹面沿輪輻外側端之一側邊以一曲率向中心方向逐漸彎曲、逐漸陡峭，並終止在內側端的另一側邊，故在此圓凹面的相對側形成一個由細逐漸變寬的平滑脊面，乍看像扭曲般。及，相鄰2個輪輻之間包含一個略呈”子彈”形的鏤孔，且內側端形成一個彎弧角彼此融合在一起，該每一輪輻組與其他輪輻組之間在軸心部外周形成一個高低落差的疊接面，從正面看起來宛若”渦輪”狀般。又，該等輪輻分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進，內側端匯集成一個低窪的軸心部，前視時在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔，其外周等距地配置5個沉孔及交互地配置5個小圓孔，各自定位於該等輪輻基端。如上述之輪箍，整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩，其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
