【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有10個輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面。其中,該每一個輪輻與旁側的輪輻之間隔著一個V形鏤孔,彼此的內側端連接在一起構成一個“V”字形的輪輻組,及該每一個輪輻與另一旁側的輪輻之間隔著一個U形鏤孔,且彼此的內側端連接在一起構成一個“U”字形的輪輻組。又,該等輪輻分別自外圍往中心方向漸凹進,內側端匯集在一個低窪多角形的軸心部,且在此軸心部之表面上形成相間相櫬的V形和U形浮雕等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成,頗能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體內涵,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個有層次之高低階狀的口部,該輪輻部具有10個細幅輪輻並成輻射狀排列跨越在該口部上。該每一個輪輻徑部之寬度各從中心向外圍方向由寬微微變窄,外側端沒入輪圈外緣部。其中,該每一個輪輻與旁側輪輻之間分別朝相反方向彎曲,彼此之間隔著一個V形鏤孔、內側端則連接在一起,構成一個看起來像“V”字形般的輪輻組;及,該每一個輪輻與另一旁側輪輻之間各自朝相對方向彎曲,彼此之間隔著一個U形鏤孔、內側端則連接在一起,構成一個看起來像“U”字形般的輪輻組。該等輪輻組分別自外圍往中心方向逐漸凹進,內側端匯集在一個低窪“多角形”的軸心部,且在此軸心部表面上交互形成凸出之V形和U形的凸脊浮雕。又,前視時在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔,在其外周等距地配置5個沉孔分別位於該等U形浮雕的內側角落,及交互地配置5個小圓孔各自定位於該等V形浮雕的內側角隅等。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing. In addition, the wheels are gradually concave from the periphery to the center, and the inner ends converge at a low-pitted polygonal axis, and V-shaped and U-shaped reliefs are formed on the surface of the axis. The overall structure and dynamic composition can express delicate visual beauty and specific connotations. The lines are smooth and elegant, and the style is fresh and elegant, which is a new style designer with rich visual beauty. As shown in the attached figure, the new style "wheel hoop" basically includes an axial rim and a hub part connected to its radial surface. The rim part has a cylindrical profile with a relatively wide width when viewed from the side, and its two ends (i.e., the front and rear ends) respectively form a circular flange with a rapidly increasing diameter. From the perspective of the three-dimensional image and the front view, the front of the rim forms a hierarchical mouth along the inner side of the flange, and the hub has 10 narrow hubs arranged in a radial pattern across the mouth. The width of each hub narrows slightly from the center to the periphery, and the outer end is immersed in the outer edge of the rim. Each wheel hub is bent in opposite directions from the wheel hubs on the side, separated by a V-shaped hole, and connected at the inner ends to form a wheel hub group that looks like a "V" shape; and each wheel hub is bent in opposite directions from the wheel hubs on the side, separated by a U-shaped hole, and connected at the inner ends to form a wheel hub group that looks like a "U" shape. The wheel hub groups are gradually concave from the periphery to the center, and the inner ends converge at a low-pitched "polygonal" axis, and protruding V-shaped and U-shaped ridge reliefs are alternately formed on the surface of the axis. In addition, a large central circular hole is positioned at the center of the axis in front view, and 5 countersunk holes are arranged equidistantly on the outer circumference and are respectively located at the inner corners of the U-shaped reliefs, and 5 small circular holes are arranged alternately and are respectively located at the inner corners of the V-shaped reliefs, etc. As for the wheel rim mentioned above, the overall shape is trendy and full of novel features. ;In summary, this new style of "wheel rim" is exquisitely shaped, and expresses a dynamic originality through the neat, flexible and stretched lines of the casting.
