【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎,及配合汽車整體造形之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有7組共14個輪輻並成輻射狀排列、跨越在其輪徑表面,其中每2個輪輻各共同構成一個略呈”U”字形的細邊輪輻組並向深度方向傾斜擴大。該每一輪輻組與輪輻組之間各形成一個略呈”扇形”的鏤孔。該等輪輻組分別自外圍往中心方向漸凹進,內側端匯集成一個強烈凹進之圓錐形的低窪軸心部。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。該輪圈部側視時成一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個有層次之高低階狀的口部,該輪輻部具有7組共14個輪輻並成輻射狀排列地閉塞在該口部上。該每一個輪輻在表面最高點各形成一個狹窄的徑部並向深度方向傾斜擴大,每一輪輻與相鄰輪輻之間各共同構成一個略呈”U”字形的輪輻組;及,該每一輪輻組之寬度由內側端向徑外方向逐漸變窄,其徑部與徑部中間包含一個細長略呈”梭形”的中央孔,在基端修飾一個沿中央孔基部繞行的”U”形凸脊,外側端則分別形成一個”叉戟”狀的端部搭接在輪圈周緣之高低階狀的外緣部上;又,該每一輪輻組與輪輻組之間分別形成一個略呈”扇形”的鏤孔。該等輪輻組分別自外圍往中心方向漸凹進,內側端匯集成一個強烈凹進之圓錐形的低窪軸心部,前視時在該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔,沿其外周等距地配置5個中型沉孔及交互地配置5個小型圓孔等。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed on the wheel hub to support the tire and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visually appealing. When viewed from the front, a large central circular hole is located at the center of the axle, and 5 medium-sized countersunk holes and 5 small circular holes are arranged at equal distances along the periphery.
