【物品用途】 本新式樣物品，係配置在汽車後部用於警示後方來車，同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用，使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種後車燈之裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後燈」之新式樣。本新式樣後燈，係配置在後廂蓋上屬於後燈組之小的部分，並與配置在後擋泥板上另一個大的部分匹配成一後燈組，兩者成整體化之設計。該一體化造形在本體左右側形成一對傾斜、略呈”內八”字形的端部且截去一個下角隅，乍看正面宛若一扇形狀；及，表面上藉由不同的裝飾元素區隔成若干區域，例如煞車燈、小燈及倒車燈等整合在一個燈罩部內。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩，賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後燈」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個薄型、水平方向寬度略大於垂直方向高度而略呈”扇形”狀輪廓的主體。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，本體外側端(左側)形成一個平直、由外側向內側傾斜的端部，用來與配置在後擋泥板上另一部分後燈匹配啣接；本體內側端(右側)形成一個朝相反方向傾斜、且以相當大的曲率半徑截去下角隅形成拋物線形的端部，正視時在其對角形成一個尖突、銳利的角落，乍看宛若一扇形狀。本體表面上，在其上部最高點包含一個由深色透光材料所構成之狹長、幾乎涵蓋整個寬度之略呈倒梯形的區域，及此區域內側又配置一個透明、佈滿綿密矩形碎花格花紋之細長、倒梯形狀的透明部。它的下方配置二道寬幅、水平方向的光管(氣燈)，且兩者在右側的邊端連接在一起。及，表面下端部包含一個綴滿直列條紋略呈”刀刃形”的區域等。再從俯視圖觀之，本體橫斷面方向對應在上述區塊位置處的背後形成一個向後方不規則突出、參差不齊之幾何形狀的燈座部。又，從後視圖觀之，本體背面沿該燈座部的邊緣內側配置一個鏤空略呈扇形的墊圈等。如上述之汽車用後燈，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「汽車用後燈」，其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條，表達出一種動感的原創性；創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Purpose] This new style item is installed at the rear of the car to warn the rear vehicles, and is also used for decoration in conjunction with the overall shape design of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visual.
